Facing the beachfront, Villa Kotlar offers 4-star accommodation in Ohrid and features a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, garden and terrace. Villa Kotlar is a beautiful boutique hotel, an easy 15/20 minutes walk just north of downtown/central Ohrid. It is in a quiet neighborhood with free parking 2 minutes at the end of the street. The building looks new, beautifully decorated AND includes an elevator! Breakfast was good. Unfortunately it was too cold to take advantage of the lovely swimming pool at the back of the property. Highly recommend, would stay again.

Villa Sofija is situated on the beachfront in Ohrid, 200 metres from Saraiste Beach and 400 metres from Potpesh Beach. Each accommodation at the 4-star hotel has mountain views and free WiFi. The location is perfect! Right in the heart of old town and next to the church of Saint Sofia. Rooms are, in fact, better than they look on the pictures. We enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony, facing the Ohrid Lake and St.Sofia. The parking is available, this is extremely important in the old town.

At this amazing hotel, we experienced exceptional understanding in the restaurant. Since we couldn't read the menu in Albanian and didn't know what to order, the incredibly welcoming staff assisted us, turning a typically problematic situation into a delightful experience. Dining here was delicious, and the staff made us feel comfortable and well-cared for. We highly recommend booking accommodation at this hotel with half board.
