Star, star, star, many thanks for the cleanliness. The staff are attentive, especially the gentleman at the restaurant who was incredibly positive and sincerely interested in us. (I apologize for not remembering his name) He added incredible warmth to our holiday. Since the hotel is in the center, we had easy access to everything.

Great location, very well appointed room,, and extremely friendly and helpful staff. Stanka made us dinner reservations for every evening and suggested day trips in the area. Zeliko makes a great coffee and has a quaint sense of humor, which we loved. He also removed the snow from our car each morning before going on our day trips. The breakfast was really good, with different options each morning. We could.not asked for more. Moreover, before we left, we received a touching gift - two wooden souvenirs and a local bottle of wine.
