The location was a bit difficult to find due to Google Maps not showing accurate directions. But once we found it, it was paradise. Absolutely gorgeous location nestled in the woods. All three buildings are charming. The staff were great. Breakfast was amazing, as were the cocktails. Our room and bathroom were very spacious, with plenty of windows and natural lighting. Everything was tastefully arranged and decorated. Since it is in the woods, make sure to take mosquito repellent so you can enjoy the outdoors. I hope to go back some day!

The Baroque style manor house Ungurmuiža, is the only wooden architectural monument of the 18th century preserved in Latvia. The guest house offers a cosy accommodation with free private parking. Location was perfect- right next to Cesis city. Super friendly staff. Amazing restaurant.

Located in the centre of Sigulda, City Center Kaķis B&B offers rooms with free Wi-Fi and leisure activities such as skiing and cycling. Gauja National Park is just a 5-minute walk away. Nice location and solid facilities for the price. The real advantage is the staff who are incredibly nice and extra helpful. The breakfast is fantastic and is worth the stay by itself.

Eco-friendly Karlamuiza Country Hotel is arranged in a building of the old manor. Today, spacious suites with separate kitchens and bedrooms equipped with up-to-date appliances are located there. The breakfast and dinner were excellent. The food we were provided was delicious and presented superbly. Thank you. The surroundings were pleasant to relax in and to walk in. There was a comfortable atmosphere with a nook to sit in and read. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Very beautiful small hotel right next to Turaida Castle, Gauja river and Sigulda. All material used are top quality and the garden is immaculate. Coffee, tea and water available in room. Easy parking

The 3-star Hotel Pils is located in the centre of Sigulda, 800 metres from the Sigulda Bobsleigh Track. Walking distance from bus|train station, this centrally located compact hotel offers a silent room with a very comfortable bed. Supposedly there is no fridge but you can put your own stuff in the minibar. I thought this place was well worth the money.

Hotel Sigulda is located 300 meters from the train station and offers homely rooms with satellite TV and free Wi-Fi. Surpassed my expectations. I'm not sure why this hotel is rated as a 3-star; the service feels more like a solid 4 stars. Rooms are really clean, and you can tell the plumbing is new. They even provide slippers, tooth sets and several different pillows, which you'd expect from a higher-rated place. The spa is small but comfy, with a hammam and a hot sauna. Breakfast is not mind-blowing, but it's decent. The staff are helpful and polite, the restaurant has a good menu, what more could I want.

Hotel Cesis is situated in the very centre of the town, near the city park, and offers free Wi-Fi. The hotel’s cuisine offers a range of Latvian and international dishes. Everything. Especially the location. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
