Super nice garden, everything you need for a great stay in Sigiriya. The owner is extra helpful and gave us great tips, organized a safari for us together with a couple of other guests, for a really good price, I believe half of what you normally get and we’ve been lucky to see lots of elephants. It’s a short tuk tuk ride from the village, but there’s plenty around, so not to worry.

Everything was great, from the welcoming of the staff, to the environment surrounding the place, to the organization of activities around Sigiriya. Priyanka was the perfect host, she helped us with everything we needed (organizing tuk tuk, taxis, safari, day trips to Anuradhapura and Dambulla) and she speaks very good English! As one day we were the only guests in the cottage, she also showed us Sigiriya by bicycle and told us stories about Sri Lanka and Sigiriya. The food is simple but good and genuine! Breakfast can be Sinhalese or continental, always accompanied by fresh fruits and a hand made juice! The room is spacious and simple, the bed is comfortable.
