Great, just had issues with the AC, but could have had the balcony open so it wasn’t such a big deal. Nice property and amenities. Right next to the beach and good parking. Love the self check in but must have a local number so get the room code, if not, check in in person.

We loved the rooms with everything you need and amazing features (TV with Netflix, amazing bathroom, Japanese type toilet...), and most of all the staff's kindness and dedication. We went to a karaoke nearby guided by the hotel manager. We also enjoyed eating at a restaurant next to the building named Dokto. Everything was within walking distance, even a HomePlus (a massive department store). We highly recommend this place

Every aspects of this hotel exceeds my expectation. It was dreamy stay at the facility with the world class facilities and view. The snowy weather adds more dramatic atmosphere to the warm swimming pool and hot jacuzzi in the morning. The sauna with out door tub and snowy beach view was fantastic.

Offering a complimentary shuttle bus, Pyeongchang Ramada Hotel & Suite by Wyndham features a convenient accommodation for skiing and having a leisure time with nature. The room was spacious, clean and warm (during December). It got a little bit too warm but then we were able to leave the balcony doors ajar overnight to get the right temperature which was perfect! The room service was great and the service of staff overall left us leaving with an amazing experience. The amenities were excellent especially the sauna after a long day of snowboarding!! We felt so relaxed and refreshed after.
