The staff were amazing. The girl from the front desk was really nice, and went out of her way to help me book a bus ticket. The bed was really comfortable and the facilities were very clean.

Every aspects of this hotel exceeds my expectation. It was dreamy stay at the facility with the world class facilities and view. The snowy weather adds more dramatic atmosphere to the warm swimming pool and hot jacuzzi in the morning. The sauna with out door tub and snowy beach view was fantastic.

The room was cozy, nice and well equipped. The staff was nice with us. The best thing was the breakfast room with the panoramic view and the breakfast was fantastic too. The market was close and there is a lot of good things like restaurants, cafe, stores. I loved to stay in it.

Had sunrise view right on the window, with a nice and comfortable bathtub. Breakfast is also included. Sparkling clean, wide bathroom, complete amenities. Staff was also helpful, recommending restaurants and places to visit. Overall, im beyond satisfied.
