The room was very clean, location is very near the Kintetsu-Yokkaichi Station, so very near the easiest way to travel in Japan, the train, and also very near a good variety of restaurants and shopping. The train is an easy method of travel to see most sights in Mie.
I thought I had booked a Japanese -style room, but the room had two beds instead of futons. So the room was roomier than expected. The food selection was expansive for both Dinner and Breakfast - Western, Chinese, as well as the expected Japanese.
It was fine, but as the price was €20 more expensive than every other hotel I stayed at in Mie prefecture, I had expected more

The Route Inn Matsusaka is another good quality Hotel, ample parking, very helpful staff, quick check-in, coffee in the lobby, clean and comfortable beds, well lit rooms. The Hotel is in a good location and is good value for your money.

The service is excellent. Especially Mr Matsumoto Yuto who has been very helpful and his service to us not only in detail but also with passion. Matsumoto san had made extra effort to translate our daily Kaiseki menu in English and also patiently explained to us the food, as well as the sake. He was cheerful and fun as well. The staffs in the Club resort also provided attentive service with enthusiasm. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Apa hotels are always great- the room was a little stylish and I liked the atmosphere in the hotel. The front staff really helped me out when my tablet wouldn’t connect to our rooms wifi…it was only registering other rooms! They let me connect to the wifi in an unoccupied room next door!
We had a traditional Japanese room with a private bathroom that faced the ocean. The view was absolutely stunning and was incredible. The mineral foot spa was nice after a long day.
I really love the room and everything they organized there. The staff also can speak English and really friendly
The staff was very friendly, we checked in super late at 11pm, she greeted us with a smile (with a mask of course) and had the room ready for us already! The hotel location was easy to find, just need to leave from the side exit of the station and walk for about 3 to 5min!
