We were not expecting the bedroom to be so big. It was a great surprise. The bed was extremely comfortable. The residents lounge was a lovely place to grab a coffee while eating breakfast from the konbini down stairs. Close to many attractions and restaurants.

Nastanitev Hotel Metropolitan Kamakura s 4 zvezdicami se nahaja v mestu Kamakura, 15 min hoje od znamenitosti Plaža Yuigahama Beach in 1,4 km od znamenitosti Plaža Zaimokuza Beach. Basically everything, perfect location, only a few minutes walk from the JR station, very friendly staff, great breakfast. The room was very nice, quite big for Japan, extremely quiet.

The location is great. This hotel is in the Minatomirai area, which is where most attractions lie. You can walk to some beautiful parks, museums, shops and views of the bay very easily. There is a metro station right outside, and another JR line station is 10 minutes away on foot. A great supermarket, restaurants and coffee shops can also easily be found in the first floor of the building. Speaking of which, this hotel has simply stunning views. It doesn't really matter which direction your room is facing. At 47 stories high (at least), looking outside your room feels awe-inducing. If you're lucky, you will get a nice view to Mount Fuji as well! I believe this may be the second tallest building in Yokohama, and it definitely is top 30 in the entire country at 250 meters high. The staff is great, lounge is really classy and placed right in the middle of an actual observation deck (underrated though, so not crowded at all). Rooms are super spacious for Japanese standards, and of excellent build quality. Room cleaning is thorough and suited to your schedule, at least in my experience. Bed is super comfortable, and the desk is great for working a bit in your laptop if you need to edit photos or send emails.

I came in off Royal Princess Cruise ship after 19 sea nights. I loved the location, the hot tub and body products, the ice bucket provided for my 1996 Grande Dame Veuve Clicquot and the high floor view overlooking Yokohama harbour and several cruise ships. I could also see fireworks from China town as I sipped my champagne. The bidet is a nice warm experience as you sit on a hot comfy toilet seat. I liked the pjs provided for me but they won’t fit you if you are bigger than a size 12 Australian sizing ladies.. the mini bar fridge is not cold but I managed to get someone to take the fridge plate out and fix it as I was paying just over $450 Australian per night x 3 nights. So I expected a cold mini fridge I have stayed in Hyatts all over the world and the Hyatt in Yokohama is lovely. I had originally booked a corner suite by the recommendation of a telephonist but paid extra to get a king deluxe suite. After my own research found out the other suites had better views. The safe is quite lengthy and wide. The bathroom shower has excellent pressure. The hot tub is just that. A tub. If you have average to long legs you definitely can’t stretch your legs out. It’s a tub built for one. I still enjoyed the hot tub my heart rate was 98/146 after my bath. It triggered something. I really liked the turn down service I ordered on a couple of nights. It was like having two delightful fairies fly in and get down to business tidy up and replace anything required and fly out . Incredible and wonderful.

Situated right in front of Yamashita Park and looking out to the Yokohama Bay, Hotel New Grand is a renowned classic hotel with nearly a century of first-class hospitality. The facilities were very tidy and the staff were very helpful

Located above the 52nd floor of Yokohama Landmark Tower, all rooms at Yokohama Royal Park Hotel offer free WiFi and views of Yokohama City or the Yokohama Bay Bridge. Excellent room size, bedding and bathroom. The view was awesome even though it was not facing the port side and only on the 52th floor. The location of the establishment is fantastic - inter-connecting big malls which means plenty of shopping and no shortage of food selection. Subway station is only 5 mins or less in walking distance with travelators on the way. The entire route is covered hence rain is not a problem. To and fro from the NRT or HND to the hotel can be hassle -free with the airport limousine bus. Will definitely stay again when visiting Yokohama.
