Loved the location, the room was lovely and clean and even came with kids amenity packs. We booked the deal with breakfast each morning which was fantastic. A great spread of different foods and always clean and tidy.

The staff were really friendly and accommodating and both the check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle free, including being able to look after your bags before and after your checked-in time. The hotel is in a great spot, right by the train station with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. I highly recommend visiting Yokohama and this hotel. Very happy with my booking.
