Staff was exceedingly friendly and caring, even checking multiple times if everything was alright with the room and the meals. The meals themselves were very nice, varied and delicious. The dinner had a large amount of meat for Japanese standards, which was nice. You can reserve the bath in advance for an hour, which is great. The bath itself is very hot and relaxing, I enjoyed it a lot. If I am ever back in Kamogawa, I will be coming back here.

Very convenient with free shuttle access to Narita airport. Enjoyed light dinner & breakfast buffet in the hotel restaurant.
The hotel was conveniently located and was easy to access both Narita JR station and Narita Keisei station. I can walk to many stores and shops. Lots of great restaurants such as Eddoko Sushi, Soba-ya, Yakitori-ya, Antiques, McDOnalds and Chinese food. Lawsons was across the street and next door! Very convenient. Room was nice clean and has a great shower. Staff is always helpful.

I liked everything, especially the reception, the hospitality, the help in everything, the restaurant, the food, especially the gorgeous ocean view. And, as a guest of Japan, an unforgettable impression of the restaurant, where you can cook the freshest seafood yourself. I would especially like to note the attitude of the receptionist, who met us and solved all our questions, as well as during the entire stay at the hotel she prompted us. Please accept the most sincere words of gratitude the team and, of course, your management, who met and saw off the guests. I would like to come to your hotel again!

Great location, modern and quiet neighbourhood
I LOVED how convenient the location was from the station. It was easy to find considering that APA hotel was written in a big font on the front of the building. The staff were also very approachable, friendly and made the process easy for me to check in and check out. I also really liked how we got free drink coupons and fresh clean towels to use for the next day. The bed was also very comfortable and I loved how the curtains actually shade you from the majority of the sunlight enabling us to sleep very well
Enough space for twin room. Convenient location near Katutadai station.
