If I could give this hotel 11/10 I would. The owner and receptionist were wonderfully welcoming, even by Jordanian standards and couldn't do enough to make my too short stay pleasant. Dinner was excellent and copious and they organised an excellent early breakfast for me as well. The hotel is very conveniently located for the sites in Madaba and was quiet. The room is spacious and very clean, the shower pressure good and the aircon/heating worked well. The hotel is clearly decorated with love and run by a lovely family - I would recommend it unreservedly.

We enjoyed our stay, the owner of hotel is very welcoming and would help with anything you need. The location is perfect- just opposite to St. George's church (Madaba Map Church).

Located in the heart of Madaba, surrounded by the charm of its historic streets and within walking distance of key pilgrimage and tourist sites, Saint John Hotel offers a perfect blend of modern... Our plane landed in Amman very early in the morning and we really got to the hotel very early. The friendly staff gave us free early check in. The hotel is within walking distance to all attractions in Madaba. The restaurant "Haret Jdudna" is almost right next door. The bed is comfortable and the balcony is great. The roof terrace is unique The breakfast was very rich and delicious. big compliment. You feel like you're in the family at the hotel. All in all we thought it was great We will come back for sure. Thank you
