The care and attention of the lovely family team here made it a very special stay. One of the best hotel experiences I've had in decades! They are so welcoming and made us feel at home the moment we arrived. The hotel is spotless and the room was great - with plenty of space for me and my daughter - and also had a good bathroom. It also combines a beautiful touch in decorations with the latest in tech (TVs, wifi, keycard hotel entry, aircon, lift etc). Free snacks and drinks in the minibar was a nice touch too. Breakfast was one of the best meal experiences we had in Jordan. So many different things to taste and discover. Location was great too - very close to the main sights of Madaba and excellent restaurants. We changed our itinerary to return here for our last night before flying out of Jordan (instead of Amman).

The Mosaic City Hotel is a small and friendly hotel in the heart of Madaba, within easy walking distance of the Church of St George and the famous mosaic map of the Holy Land. Our room was quiet and clean. The breakfast buffet was very good. The hotel is located at the heart of Madaba with a free parking space which is very convenient. We recommend without hesitation!

The staff was delightful and went out of their way to take care of every need and answer every question for us. Tal'at went above and beyond, even trying to find a music store for me on his day off. Their crew is a group of professional, kind, and thoughtful people. Breakfast was exceptional, varied, and plentiful, even providing made-to-order omelettes and really fresh coffee. There's a lovely bar with a variety of drinks available, but my favorite thing was an unexpectedly savory, last-minute dinner of a delicious hot pot chicken with vegetables, cooked to perfection and served over a flame. It was one of our best meals in the two weeks that we toured the country. The rooms were clean, modern, and very cozy. The hotel felt very safe and we loved our balcony.

The room size is perfect as well. The staff was very attentive and even brought us our room keys by the pool as we waited for check-in. Breakfast is also phenomenal!

The Staff were fantastic and they would be able to train many 5 star Hotels on how to treat guests. Thanks to all the staff! The food was also very good. Beautiful Classic Hotel. On this trip we stayed with Novotel and Ramada where we found terrible maintenance problems and uncouth, useless staff.

The Salome is a 2-star hotel in the historical city of Madaba. This hotel offers spacious guest rooms, friendly service and free Wi-Fi, all in close proximity to the centre and the famous mosaic map... The staff is super friendly and professional. Breakfast is just great, both continental and mid-eastern. The hotel is a 10 min walk from the city center. We would definitly stay there again and warmly recommend it.
