EXCEPTIONAL This hotel is a charming-well-preserved historical villa with a magnificent garden and awesome scenery. Room and bathroom were spotless, with a generous selection of toiletries. Breakfast was superb hot and cold buffet. I was part of a large group of 79 people who stayed at this hotel to attend the wedding of my son in July 2023. The setting, the organisation and the food for both the reception and the dinner were beyond expectations. I was very impressed by the hotel entire team, including the front desk staff, waiters, technicians etc…who went above and beyond duty to attend to the guests’ demands promptly, efficiently and with a big friendly smile….A big thank you to the cleaning staff who found my watch accidentally while preparing the room for the next guests after I had checked out and left the hotel. All in all, it was an enjoyable and a memorable stay. Well done Tuscolana.

I recently stayed at this hotel near Ciampino Airport and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the location was perfect, with convenient transportation links making it easy to reach the city center. The highlight of my stay was the fantastic breakfast. The hostess was incredibly attentive and made the best coffee I’ve ever had. I also want to extend my gratitude to the receptionist who ensured we didn’t miss breakfast, even though we arrived very late. This thoughtful gesture made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay near Rome.

Nemi
Great spot for tranquility. Was there in December, so not sure what it's like tourist wise in the summer. I did just want to be alone and do nothing. Rome is about 45 minutes by cab which is about 120 euros but it is possible to get there by train and cab or bus combo. There are other towns to visit in the castelli romani area but I'd recommend a car. There is no parking because the apartment is in the historic town. There is pay parking available about a 5 to 10 minute walk.
Grottaferrata
Very spacious apartment with separate comfortable kitchen, private entrance. Perfect localisation for visiting Frascati and other Castelli Romani as well as Rome itself. Parking availacle in close vicinity without restrictions (which is rare in this Castelli Romani region) Owner extremely kind and caring. We were invited for Italian breakfast with fresh croissant, yoghurt, coffee and juice by hospitable hosts. We recommend this place wholeheartedly.
The house is very nice. A place to relax and enjoy the suburb of Italy.. The hosts are very friendly and helpful in every way. If we go back to Italy, we will definitely come back to Delizioso appartamento Castelli Romani. Highly recommended to others.

Architecture and view of Rome!
Been coming to this hotel for a few years now. Nice place and the location couldn’t be any better really plus they have a car park. Staff are always friendly and helpful. This time we also got a little upgrade which was unexpected and very much appreciated so thank you very much!.

This hotel in the Castelli Romani was a real find. It has such a charming, antique look to it, but is very comfortable and modern. The man who checked us in at midnight was very friendly and professional. The room was a good size and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was a fantastic deal at 8 euros and had a wide variety of things to choose from. The position of the hotel was great. It was located just outside the historic center of Ariccia and included free parking. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

We actually stayed here at first day in our trip I booked this one twice with another booking trying to find somewhere safe to stay but the transport closed after a certain time so it couldn't get there BUT don't let that info take you away from it, there's a old converted stable where we stayed and it was amazing very comfy and a restaurant and brekky on site
The owner of the property kept the farm in a high standard; the farm itself is in a quiet location but accessible, the room is specious and clean, the amenities are adequate. It is perfect for someone who is looking for a unique farm experience, but also wish to accessible to local towns and villages.
Not sure they bumped us out to another location so never got to stay at that resort.
