Beds were comfy, showers were large and the staff at the reception were exclellent and a good laugh

Tasty croutons at breakfast.
Friendly stuff and very helpful owner.
Clean, not long way from Ciampino airport, but taxi is expensive form this small distance, about 40 euros and more.
Walking distance to 4 supermarkets in the same area. Very tasty pizza to take away or quick bite there. Caffe, ice cream, bakery in the same area all.
The quiet. The house keepers the farm cat, we fed during our stay. Other guests very noisy when they arrived or went out, forgetting there were other guests staying. It might be an Italian thing to be noisy. The staff weren’t very welcoming upon our arrival and the internet only available at reception and out by the pool, not available in the room.

A fabulous apartment in Ariccia, with three of the best spots to pick up porchetta within a few minutes walk.
The apartment was spotlessly clean and very quiet at night. The mattress, pillows and bedding were extremely comfy and made for a great night sleep.
Upon checking out I had a huge issue with the hire car due to overnight storm damage, and the owners couldn't have been helpful in supporting us with translations and helping me get to the city of Rome.
I highly recommend this apartment and would return here in a heartbeat!
Location vs. price
Quiet location
Hotel stuff
Hotel room
Near to the centre of Roma (30 mins to the main train station Roma Termini, price: 2.10€)
Train station 800 metres from hotel
Taxi to the airport Ciampino (be aware of the high price - for 12 km to the airport is price 45€-50€)
The hotel was in a local community which was a fantastic little town...had its own church. There was a girl practising the violin...beautiful....a cleaner singing opera on the stair well...fantastic breakfast
