The A/C is an absolute must for summer, and made the sleep very comfortable. The host was very friendly and helped us find the correct entrance gate (on the main road). The breakfast had plenty of choice too. The area is stunning and steeped in ancient history.

The apartment was beautifully curated. Great artwork, spacious and inviting. The hosts were some of the most hospitable people I have ever met. Their kindness and genuine nature was very humbling. The apartment had everything we needed and more. The check in process was ideal considering our long travel day and unexpected delays. We wished we had more time to spend there. The quiet. The house keepers the farm cat, we fed during our stay. Other guests very noisy when they arrived or went out, forgetting there were other guests staying. It might be an Italian thing to be noisy. The staff weren’t very welcoming upon our arrival and the internet only available at reception and out by the pool, not available in the room.
Hotel in a quiet area approx 5-10 mins walk from Cancelliera railway station, not far from the airport by car or the centre of Rome 35mins by train. Local bar & bistro just around the corner.

For me everything was perfect l was impressed by the staff and the quality of the hotel. The selling point for me was the access to Rome by train and local shops and restaurants, and not to far from the sea by car.
The hotel was in a local community which was a fantastic little town...had its own church. There was a girl practising the violin...beautiful....a cleaner singing opera on the stair well...fantastic breakfast
