Set just 66 feet from the coast and a pebble-stone beach, Hotel Santa Marina features a furnished terrace and spacious air-conditioned rooms. Wi-Fi is free in all public areas. I can think of nowhere nicer to stay on beautiful Salina, if you want comfort coupled with a special character. Conveniently , it is a short walk from the port, bus stops and other tourist facilities. The sea, with a pebble beach as well as steps directly into the water, is down a short flight of steps from the B&B. Breakfast is served on the enchanting roof terrace and is copious and varied. The terrace can be accessed at any time of day, if you just want to sit and read or watch the sea. In the evening go up and chat to Giuseppe, who manages the bar and enjoy his extensive play list, covering everything from the Beatles to Chopin. I was enchanted and would love to return.

We absolutely loved our stay at i cinque balconi. Beautiful and thoughtful decor and the view from the room was stunning. The restaurant and bar downstairs were also lovely. We can’t wait to come back!

Lipari
Lipari was an excellent base for us while we visited the Aeolian Islands. The apartment was perfect as it was walking distance to the ferry port and close enough to easily walk with our luggage. It is on the main strip for many cafes, shops and bars. We loved the view from our balcony and the lovely welcome drink. The hosts were wonderful and helpful and the room was serviced each day as well as fresh towels. Downstairs is a supermarket which was handy too. We really enjoyed out stay and had a fun time exploring the island on a scooter.
The Signum is the most beautiful boutique hotel in the Aeolian Islands. Led by the Caruso family, with a great sense of beauty and hospitality, our experience has exceeded our expectations. The fine dining and the regular restaurant are full of local products and traditional flavors (with an eye to the future and innovation). I recommend trying and tasting the excellent Aeolian wines, including those from the same family. Thank you for this fantastic experience. We will be back.
Hotel Mamma Santina is a beautiful stay not to be missed when you visit the Aeolian Islands. It was in my top 3 stays during my 3 week Sicilian holiday. Pure bliss..from the warm welcome, the stunning pool, the personal hammock on my own balcony (fabulous to unwind in)..to the delicious food in their restaurant, where the head chef (also the owner) personally takes your order..it really was a place of dreams where you can totally chill out and feel so very welcome.

Rosy is an excellent host with a personal touch that made me feel at home. She offered me fresh vegetables and fruit from her garden, homemade jam and helped me a lot in arranging excursions to the other Aeolian islands and transportation in Lipari (since I don't speak Italian). The apartment was very clean and comfortable, with a nice garden. It has a beautiful view and is ideal for calm nights.

Everything, the hosts we're very welcoming and helpful. The location is very convenient to travel between the hotel and the city. The rooms themselves are very nice and comfortable, and the seaview rooms are very serene. Would definitely recommend this stay, and honestly can't imagine travelling back to the Aeolian Islands and not staying here.

Lipari is a real treat and this apartment is near the Small Marina- A lovely part of town with great restaurants and shops and many of the tours to the other Aeolian Islands us very close. The room is lovely but the balcony is wonderful with views of the sea and a table, 3 chairs, fridge, handbasin and plenty of space-I would definitely go again

This was a spacious apartment with a balcony with a far away view of the sea and of the islands Panarea and Stromboli. Excellent kitchen facilities included a double fridge and cooking stove. The host was helpful, attentive and friendly. I enjoyed my stay here and I loved the Aeolian Islands.
Great welcome at the hotel where we were invited to a complimentary drink. Best eggs ever and they even helped with booking a great boat trip around the Aeolian Islands. The sea view from the pool is amazing.
