Beautiful property with very accommodating staff. They made a special anniversary dinner for us.
Located on the top of a reef, Hotel Cincotta offers panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea and the nearby islands. It has a large sun terrace and a salt-water swimming pool with hydromassage jets.

The setting was amazing as well as the location. The gardens and walkways, the stone work and the buildings, the decor, the comfortable lounges and gazebos, and best of all the thermal pool. Everything was well kept and clean. And to sit in the gardens with the warm Sicilian sun and see the beautiful rock faces behind you with the 2 churches as landmarks at each side, felt too good to be true!!!
Just 230 feet from the coast, Panarea's Hotel Girasole is set in the Drauth area. It features a terrace, and air-conditioned rooms. Cala Zimmari and Cala Junco beaches are a 5-minute walk away.

Mmmmm, absolutely stunning little island, too crowded in august, some visitors disrespectful of island throwing rubbish where ever for example, and of staff in hotel and Restos, a lot of entitled people seem to visit here. Visited specifically to visit Stromboli, long and complicated travel and expensive hotel but happy to pay as Stromboli was to be the highlight. Booked boat trip on last night and was let down by boat company with no apology or attempt to fix and no time to rearrange. Avoid
NOLEGGIO GOMMONI la Stefano if you want a professional reliable boat service. Horrible customer service

I recommend to visit the Basiluzzo island and to see the "Grotta dell'amore" where the water is crystal clear. I love the small streets in the islands, lots of nice small restaurants and terrace. I recommend also to have an apero at Raya in the port, from where you can enjoy a wonderful view on the Stromboli. We also managed to see few eruptions at night.

Panarea is a beautiful island, tiny and very posh!
Panarea is a beautiful island, tiny and very posh! Three days was plenty of time especially because on the 2 day we took the private boat and we did the tour of the island.
Certainly a place to go, but certainly not to a place to get to know people!

The place is 5 minutes walking from Panarea's port. Is part of a very nice private complex with views over the Tirreanean sea and Stromboli Vulcan. There's a lot of areas where to rest and relax and our room was full of charming. The bed was comfortable and with minor details, everything worked just fine. The host was super kind and welcoming, even inviting us to use the swimming pool on the hotel where we collected the keys as we pleased. Everything was nice, Sicilian and chic.
The most incredible and authentic house I no Panarea! So true to the island spirit and packed with quirky little touches and personality, we didn’t want to leave the house ever again. On top the host and welcoming Nadia are fantastic friendly, reliable and wonderful people, thank you so much!
Fantastic location, good food, pool and access to a rocky shore (that is a gem for Panarea). Great staff, Federica at reception was simply fanstastic. Hotel sounded like a family, we will come back.
Beautiful resort styled hotel. Very nice host. It was cloudy and cold so I couldn’t enjoy the pool (and beaches), but I enjoyed the quietness and had a very relaxing day in the garden all by myself.
The location was excellent. The hotel is excellent the facilities also. The home made pastries for breakfast were first class but most of all the staff are friendly which is what matters the most.
