I am very much impressed about the service, maintainanance of the hotel. The location is good. I would never forget the service that Mr. Parambir offered my Parents. My parents were not that much techie and I was worried. Mr. Parambir helped my Parents even to book cabs for a very affordable price. I am thankful to him to make their trip experience seemless. I would highly Recommend if anyone is thinking to book this hotel and going to my review.

Situated at a great location and amazing hospitality team. Everyone was very welcoming and made sure all needs were catered. The stay overlapped with my dad's birthday, and the sweetest gesture by the team was to surprised him with a cake upon his arrival. Special thanks to August the bellman, Kormo the waiter, and Rupdhar at the reception for their amazing service. There was a small hiccup with a double payment for the stay. However, the team resolved it quickly after a couple of conversations with Booking.com and the senior manager of the hotel.
