Starting with the reception and ending with the beach everything is amazing. Rooms cleaned twice a day, bath rope available, quality toiletries, very spacious room. The greenery in well maintained and it is a pleasure to walk thru the resort. If you come back for sure we will book more time here.

Seaesta exceeded our expectations on every level! Our room was immaculate, really well equipped and comfortable. The rooftop pool bar was great fun, the live music was brilliant and the food and service were exceptional.

Host August is a wonderful human being and has built 5 amazing villas some 30 mins beyond Riung. Just great. Fresh linen, large comfortable bed, fan, kettle, blue stone pebble bathroom with best view, breakfast on your balcony ftw. Bicycles and small kayaks too.

It is one of the best hotel I've ever stayed in whole Indonesia! Room and all facilities are extremely clean! bathroom also literally spotless!! Really enjoyed breakfast with toast, egg selections, home made jam, fresh fruit juice, a plate of fresh fruits and really nice coffee from espresso!! having in beautiful garden full of flowers and great view was amazing!! Staffs are exceptionally friendly and kind! always ready to help with beautiful smile! And Joseph, manager of hotel, arranged everything I need from all transportations, Mt. Egon trekking tour, diviving trip, visa extension or so! Even provided medicine for me when I was a bit sick, and also bring me to Apotek for translation!! They are Not just staff of hotel but more of family! taking care of me and feeding me!! At first I booked 2nights but stayed here 8nights!:) I will definitely recommend this hotel everyone and will be back if I visit Maumere again!!

HAPPY DIVE RETREAT fka Ankermi Happy Dive features an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a private beach area and terrace in Hitokalak. The location right on the water was beautiful and kept in excellent condition, the diving was great and Claudia was an excellent guide.. the staff were so helpful in helping me organise flights out of Maumere. Because of the erupting volcano the airport is frequently closed and Claudia went out of her way to make my travels as smooth as possible
