The staff were all amazing. Friendly, warm, and welcoming - they made us feel comfy right away. They were all great but a special shout-out to Putra at the hotel restaurant who went out of his way to have the kitchen prepare a herbal remedy for us to cure a headache. Thanks Putra! The hotel's food was also amazing - a great breakfast buffet that changed everyday with a focus on local flavours. Dinner was also great with some authentic Indonesian dishes. Also the location - if you're looking for quiet, this is a good bet. The beach isn't very busy (and the hotel makes an effort to clean it every morning from the tidewash and seaweed), though there are no lifeguards. There's a stripmall within 2 mins walking distance, prob 20% occupied at best but with a couple of great warungs if you want a bite to eat outside, or grab a few items from the convenience mart.

Doulos Phos The Ship Hotel mempunyai kolam renang outdoor, tempat fitness lengkap, taman, dan lounge bersama di Lagoi. It was a wonderful experience. The cabin was clean and was tastefull and gave a ships experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast and diner were of good quality and the staff made us feel special, and went out of their way to see to it that we had a great time. The ship has a long history and is well presevered. The fact you can still see the engineroom and walk down the tunnelshaft made it special. When walking the deck past the life boats and standing on the bow gives it a real shipsfeeling. The swimming pool next to the ocean adds to the experience, especially at sunset. We are happy we got to visit the Doulos Phos and reocmmend this unique experience.

Nite & Day Laguna Bintan merupakan akomodasi bintang 3 yang terletak di Tanjungpinang. Very convenient to everything...walkable to ferry terminal,traditional and wet markets and seafood restaurant and the espanade area. Easy to move around with grab to places for food , massage,etc. Value for money hotel,has all you need , but for that very good price , do not expect top notch service, especially the breakfast spread that was included. I would still give it a 10. Will use this hotel again and highly recommend to others.

The staff were friendly and attentive, making the stay very comfortable. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of delicious local and international options. The location was convenient, close to key landmarks and amenities.

Alltrue Hotel Bintan - Tanjungpinang merupakan akomodasi bintang 4 yang terletak di Tanjungpinang. Lokasi bagus. Tidak terlalu jauh dari Pelabuhan Ferry Sri Bintan Pura dan dekat dengan tempat kuliner. Restoran sushi yang enak bisa ditempuh dengan berjalan kaki. Kamar bersih, tempat tidur bersih dan nyaman, kamar mandi bersih. Pencahayaan baik. Kamar saya kebetulan ada jendelanya. Ada smart TV, WiFi cukup kencang, kulkas kecil, brankas, ketel listrik, juga ada hair dryer di kamar mandi. Staf sangat ramah dan membantu. Terutama staf di bagian penerima tamu, baik dan ramah. Menu sarapan cukup lengkap dan bervariasi.
