Facing the beachfront, Four Points by Sheraton Bintan, Lagoi Bay offers 4-star accommodation in Lagoi and features an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre and garden. Our experience at four points was exceptional! The staff were so lovely and accomodating. Everything was clean and the atmosphere was very relaxing and enjoyable. The lagoi plaza next door made it easy to access anything we needed too. The water sports operated by Bintan resorts on the beach were great too. Couldn’t recommend more!

Living in a hotel / ship / museum was a new experience for us! We also had the pleasure to participate to the ship’s heritage tour and find out about its history and the long journey to its now permanent home in Bintan, meeting also Mr Eric Saw, the man behind this ambitious project. Definetly a worth while experience that made our stay in Bintan a very memorable one! It is also a very relaxing location… also the infinity pool is super nice and the staff is super friendly and ready to help out.

The bed was super comfortable and room is super spacious. The housecleaning staff did a really good job tidying up the room as it is super clean and they even changed fresh towels when we didn't requested, which was super sweet of them. Room service food was super yummy too! All the staffs were really friendly too! And surprisingly the wifi signal was superb.

Boasting cosy and bright-coloured living space, Cassia Bintan is located in Lagoi, 44 km from Desaru. The property features minimalist, modern design and facilities, complete with free WiFi. apartment cleanliness was amazing, pool is very nice, staff were very friendly 👍

Mr Rahmat is very professional and has good customer service. Night market with Chinese food is just opposite the hotel within walking distance. Ktv lounge in the hotel is good and the manager is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are new and fully equipped. The breakfast variety is good. Value for money. They even provided complimentary pick up from tanjong pinang ferry terminal to the hotel. Thanks to the team for the great customer service. Will recommend all to book alltrue.

The staff is friendly and very helpful. It felt like coming home every day. They think along with you. The resort is also well located. The beach is a 15-minute drive away and activities are well taken care of. The facilities in the hotel are great, swimming pool and massage were very nice. The hotel is very flexible. You don't have to book an activity in advance, it can be done at any time. The resort is only 1 hour from the ferry terminal. The food is delicious at the resort! My best experience in Asia!
