The room was clean, comfortable bed. The restaurant is good too. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Swimming pool has an amazing view to the mount Agung. We enjoyed our stay.

Very nice hotel in the mountains. Make sure to pack some warm cloths it can get a bit chilly. Super nice and helpful staff, complementary tea time and they even warm your bed up every night before sleep. Good food and great location if you want to visit some temples (such as the mother Tempel) and do the mount batur sunrise hike!
