The Hotel San Giorgio is a charming, small and family-run hotel on the island of Vis, 60 km off the Dalmatian coast, and can be found in the historical centre of the city of Vis. This is heaven in Croatia. The property spectacular. The dining exceptional. The owners/ hosts and staff were extraordinary. Everything provided for a relaxing holiday built around your own interests. We enjoyed hiking, beaches, wine tasting, and a scenic self guided tour around the island via rental car. Everything is well planed for you. Vis is a sailor’s dream. Many bareboat charter vessels line the active docks of the city. You can do as much or as little as you want. Sitting on a hotel verandah with a bottle of champagne is always a great choice. The dining here is stunning. You never have to leave the property if so desired. An absolute must stay for visitors to Croatian islands. Forget Brac and Havre, book some extra days here. You will be glad you did. Nicest people ever!

Featuring free WiFi throughout the property, Gala Apartments offers air-conditioned accommodation in the centre of Komiža, 32 km from Hvar. Some units have a dining area. The room was comfortable with a beautiful terrace- but the sweet hosts were what made our time here! They were so kind and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and then some. I would love to return in the future.

There was a little outside terrace with a table and 2 chairs. The apartment was in a very convenient location. The host was lovely and allowed me to store my bag for the day.

Viktoria is an encyclopaedia of the island she’s told us everything about the island, what to see, where to go and how and about the apartment it was very clean and good we enjoyed our saty very much would definitely go there again if go back on Vis island
The studio apartment was exceptionally clean and well equipped. The host is a lovely lady who came out to greet us on our way from the ferry port when we first arrived. We enjoyed every minute of our stay on Vis island.
the apartment is nice and cozy. the pool is plus, although we didn't use it. the kitchen is well equipped. it was convenient we could use the washing machine. we had a good time on Vis Island!

the views from the room were unbelievable and location to the beach, restaurants, and cafes was exceptional. the room had what you needed for a quick trip or could work for a longer stay. the host was very kind and welcoming. I would absolutely stay here again.
This spot was amazing! Breakfast was incredible, with an actual menu to choose from, and excellent food. The room had the most gorgeous view, and we were right at the heart of the town. The room was clean and the air conditioning worked great, highly recommend.
The hosts were so incredibly friendly and so helpful. The accommodation was perfect. Everything worked, the kitchen was well kitted out with equipment. Especially ideal with a lovely beach about 10 minute walk away.

Gorgeous, very stylish place perfectly resembles the very unique charm of the Island of Vis. I loved the open concept of the upper level.The view from the window is amazing, and perfect to drink your morning coffee or a glass of wine at sunset by it. Lucy, our host was super flexible, kind, welcoming and helpful and made us feel completely at home. 🙂 We sure will be back!
The location is central to the shops and restaurants. The villa was cozy, spacious & well equipped with everything we needed for our stay, as well as a fully stocked kitchen. The best part of the villa was the patio and having dinners outside was a treat. Would definitely stay there again!
