The Hotel San Giorgio is a charming, small and family-run hotel on the island of Vis, 60 km off the Dalmatian coast, and can be found in the historical centre of the city of Vis. What a glorious boutique hotel in a truely hidden gem. Elegant and epitomising quiet luxury, not only are the rooms comfortable but also stylish. The venue as a whole has the same aesthetic. Breakfast in the terrace is delightful and the choices are superb with fresh herbs from the garden. Yes, bathrooms are small but I found it still well laid out and functional. The minibar and coffee machine are a welcome extra and the bed was super comfortable. Service was exceptional, and I highly suggest following recommendations from the staff; they know the island and the vistas so well. I actually found parking very easy and had no issues getting to the hotel though Vis is a historical city so expect cobble stone pathways. It’s part of the charm!

Excellent location and the most helpful management, always there with tips and recommendations. We rally did have the most enjoyable five nights.

Located within 800 metres of Prirovo Town Beach and 1 km of Beach Zmorac, Bella Vista Suites provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Vis. Couldn’t fault it. Great value for money and the pool was a real bonus.

Situated within less than 1 km of Beach Zmorac and a 12-minute walk of Beach Vagan in Vis, Apartment Ana offers accommodation with seating area. The street is a bit difficult to find, but we notified the host about our arrival and she waited for us close to a small church (exactly the place that we passed by). It's a cute little apartment, very close to the ferry harbour, which was important to us. It was clean and also well-equipped. The night was also very quite. Outside of the door we had a table with two chairs in a shadow place (very much appreciated in June). We stayed only for one night, but it would be also excellent to stay a bit longer.

Truly wonderful stay at Villa Bellavue. From the start when Damir picked us up and helped carry our bags to the room. Room was lovely and clean with exceptional views. Lots of lovely little touches. And the breakfasts were beyond delicious (everything homemade). Sitting on the upstairs terrace for breakfast with the best view in Vis was very special. Thank you so much Damir and Danka. I wish we could have stayed longer

Wonderful place with a very cool and friendly host. The breakfast is excellent, definitely recommended! We had a really spacious room with lots of nice touches and cozy decor. Plenty of space for storing clothes and toiletries which is perfect for longer stays. Extremely comfortable sofa in our room which I wanted to melt into, and a flattering full-length mirror that made me look like an Amazonian goddess. Beautifully decorated common area with a little book library and comfortable sofas.
