Kiváló helyszín, központ, de nem zajos, gyönyörű panoráma. Barátságos, segítőkész személyzet (beszállókártyánkat is kinyomtatták). Napi takarítás, tiszta törülközők stb. Parkolás egyszerű, védett helyen. Közel a strand, éttermek, rendkívül hangulatos. A képek az erkélyről készültek (napfelkelte, strand és éttermek). Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat! Köszönjük!

A szállás gyönyörű volt, kényelmes, tiszta, tágas, a legjobb helyen. Strand akár az apartmannal szemben, közel az óváros, csodás látvány. A személyzetnek nagyon sokat köszönhetünk, transzfert, étterem foglalást, nagyon jó tippekkel láttak el minket.

Its a very large resort with many pools and lush gardens. Our room was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Staff was friendly and efficient and although it was very busy we felt well taken care of. The kids enjoyed the pirate ship with the slides and also the water park which had some nice slides especially the mushroom one which our kids did not stop taken. Breakfast was plenty of options with all you can think of. Lunch had a nice buffet around the pool and the dinner at the Greek restaurant was very tasty. The animation team did a fantastic job with activities throughout the day and at night there was some Greek group dancing and singing at the Amphitheatre which gave a really nice touch to our holiday. The reception team was very helpful and friendly and went out of their way to assist us.

Location and the hotel room. Spacious and clean. Good breakfast. Strong Internet. Plenty of orange trees but sour. It's for road decorations.But one gentle lady plucked for us - just for fun.

Demitri was super helpful and friendly, particularly with a package he graciously agreed to have delivered there for me. Great family run hotel. Hard to beat.

Stunning resort, the views are amazing and is only moment away from the beach. Staff are all very friendly and the whole hotel is really nicely decorated and clean. We arrived quite late and they already had dinner ready for us which was so kind of them to arrange. The whole experience was amazing, would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to visit Kos!

Very modern contemporary accommodation on the beach front and close to the old town. Loved the soft cosy mattress. I was just passing through for a night and staff were extremely hospitable even prepared a breakfast pack for me take on my early departure to the airport. I loved the social atmosphere as karaoke was happening in the court yard at night and great beach club vibe by the pool during the day.

A hotel nagyon szép környezetben van, barátságos személyzettel és tiszta szobákkal. A reptértől taxival 10 percre van, Kos városába a hotel mellől indul busz. A személyzet nagyon kedves, barátságos és segítőkész főképp Elona aki az egész nyaralásunkat szebbé tette a pozitív kisugárzásával és az extra kedvességével. Ezúton is nagyon köszönjük neki. Az apró kavicsos tengerpart a Hoteltől 5 perc sétára van, de a partszakasz tiszta és rendezett tele napággyal. Az ételeket nagyon finomak és változatosak. A koktél választék bőséges és isteniek, illetve a hotelban minden este esti szórakoztatás vagy elő zene van. Minden korosztály számára tökéletes. Csak jókat tudok róla mondani, mindenkinek ajánlom. Mi még biztosan vissza terünk ide.

The location of Norida is inside a little village with several other Mitsis hotels: Blue Domes and Summer Palace. The nice and clean pebble beach with water sports facility of other hotels a few steps away is excellent (just don’t expect to find a place after 7am first two rows next to the sea. Lounge chairs weren’t that comfortable, they were better by the pool and on the grass. The staff is exceptional: from the kind and helpful ladies at the reception (Soteria, Katarina) to the fantastic activity program yoga, Pilates, beach volley, aqua gym and tennis by Sophia, Parthenia and lady from Lausanne and the kids club was great with Effy and the girls with the funny name(s) according to our daughter. Service in restaurants: the staff was correct and enough to deal with the high amount of people, all did their best and made contact with the guests. Food: plenty of choice for vegetarians and vegans. It was nice to be able to have also additional food choices on the beach like pizza, gyro pita and near pools: ice cream and pancakes. Evening program was nice with possibility to go to other hotels for different shows. Also pleasant open air fitness area and salty water pools! There is a possibility to go to the bus stop opposite the hotel and take the bus to Kos city. The foam dino during the last days of our stay was such a good idea! The kids loved it. The quizz movie and song nights were a good way to let the brain work, similar games would be even more fun.

Everything was amazing. Right from the hospitality of the staff at the reception, the folks in the dining area, and everyone. The view from the balcony was amazing. It allowed us to even take part in the night events straight out of our balcony. The location of this hotel is still good given how scarce public transport can be and even at times the availability of taxis. It's about a 5km walk to Kos Town and largely flat. The spread of breakfast and dinner is also amazing, there's more or less something for everyone with ample options for vegetarians as well.

Staying at Aqua Blu Hotel and Spa was a truly incredible experience. More and more in today’s world I feel the art of good customer service seems to have been forgotten. I can happily say this trip has made me realize it’s not been forgotten yet! From the moment we arrived, we had all our needs taken care of by a hugely helpful and polite team of staff. All of them were very kind and attentive, we actually ended up making friends with a few! The focus was always on making sure their customers were well taken care of and enjoying themselves; they well and truly succeeded with this. Stayed in an absolutely stunning Suite with Sea View. Immaculately clean with an amazing housekeeping team servicing it daily, with the option to even have it cleaned twice daily if you so desire. One of the comfiest beds I’ve ever slept in and a luxurious bath and shower. All the amenities you’d expect and more left us wanting for nothing. A private beach just 30 seconds walk away made the experience for us where we spent the bulk of our time relaxing. Food and drink at the hotel was also very good. A well stocked bar and varied lunch and dinner menu were perfect for enjoying by the pool. The adjacent restaurant in the Hotel made a really enjoyable fine dining experience to mark a celebration. To top this all off, we were able to enjoy all of this at an extremely competitive price point for the service provided, and left feeling like we’d got tremendous value for our money and not having broken the bank. All in all, a flawless experience. We cannot wait to come back.

Great service in alla carte restaurants and in main one. I would like to thank Kristos - Manager, Panagiota - Captain, main chef and waiter in Tex Mex, Lola at main restaurant and Klevisa in the bar as well ice cream guy in the beach. Great team that you should be proud of.

I enjoyed the free upgrade to a sea view room, I was conveniently placed in the room next door to my friends which might have been a coincidence when we booked separately. The gym was very well equipped and I liked that the treadmills were faced to a view of the property and not a wall or mirror. The room was very new and well-designed. Breakfast had so many options. Staff was super helpful and even though the resort was closing for the season the next day everyone was so friendly and happy to help.

The hotel is amazing! The whole staff team is working hard to make your stay completely stress free and the facilities that the hotel offers is just great. I have to say a BIG thanks to the Kids Club team (amazing job from all of them, particularly Lilia) and the water sports team that are also treating the kids with a lot of kindness and responsibility. Overall, it was an absolute superb experience! The hotel is clean and quite good food.
