Excellent resort with high standards in all aspects. We received an upgrade to a room with a sun deck and direct access to the swimming pool. Our car was stuck and the general manager helped to organise some help to remedy the situation. Very kind staff and wonderful breakfast.

They went above and beyond to look after us, especially when we had a minor medical issue. I would stay here again. Highy recommend.

Exceptional hotel with amazing service and staff, the food was Michelin star quality, the rooms were of good size with the most comfortable beds I’ve ever experienced in my life. Sunbeds were also very comfortable. Location is right in the center. I highly recommend this hotel.

Aivan uskomattoman ihana Jaana olis siellä töissään respan puolella. Todella avulias ja ystävällinen henkilökunta. Apua ja hyviä neuvoja sai heti kun tarvitsi. Kävelymatkan päässä satamasta ja myös vanhasta kaupungista. Hotelli puhdas, aamupala oli ihan riittävä, kahvi ok ja upea allas. Tulen takaisin jos eksyn joskus uudestaan Kosile
Jasmine hotelli on parhaalla paikalla Kosin kaupungissa. Lyhyt matka Eletheria aukiolle ja vanhaan kaupunkiin. Ihana Harbour. Jasmine hotelissa on ihana, ystävällinen henkilökunta. Hotellin vastaava Maria on hyvin ystävällinen, samoin siivooja rouva. Huoneistomme oli parhaalla paikalla merinäköaloineen.
Merinäköala oli mahtava, kiva katsella laivoja ja huviveneitä. Hotelli ja huoneet siistejä. Hotelli hyvällä paikalla, vieressä paljon hyviä ravintoloita ja matka satamaan/keskustaan todella lyhyt. Huoneessa odotti viinipullo ja hedelmiä tullessa, koska olimme häämatkalla.
Hotellin alue oli viihtyisä ja mukava. Sijaitsi hyvällä paikalla lähellä Kosin kaupunkia. Vastapäätä sai edullisesti vuokrattua polkupyöriä. Huone oli hyvin ilmastoitu.
Its a very large resort with many pools and lush gardens. Our room was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Staff was friendly and efficient and although it was very busy we felt well taken care of. The kids enjoyed the pirate ship with the slides and also the water park which had some nice slides especially the mushroom one which our kids did not stop taken. Breakfast was plenty of options with all you can think of. Lunch had a nice buffet around the pool and the dinner at the Greek restaurant was very tasty. The animation team did a fantastic job with activities throughout the day and at night there was some Greek group dancing and singing at the Amphitheatre which gave a really nice touch to our holiday. The reception team was very helpful and friendly and went out of their way to assist us.
Everything, especially the fantastic and cheerful staff and their efforts to make you feel welcome. And, of course, the infinity pool. 😊

Great food with friendly staff
The hotel beach and pools are amazing, and beautiful! The main restaurant is great with great variety of tasty food. The best part of mitsis Norida, is it's staff - they made our stay comfortable and fun, and we felt welcomed and cared for the entire time! The activities organized by the hotel were great, and especially Ella made the volleyball and football tournaments (and the mini disco! ) super fun!

Hi all! Calm and quality seaside vacation. The staff is polite and professional. The hotel is conveniently located and deserves its stars. The sea is beautiful). The food is great. Beautiful stay! Friendly and personal service The staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. Breakfast was enjoyable and had a good selection with attentive staff.

The hotel is amazing! The whole staff team is working hard to make your stay completely stress free and the facilities that the hotel offers is just great. I have to say a BIG thanks to the Kids Club team (amazing job from all of them, particularly Lilia) and the water sports team that are also treating the kids with a lot of kindness and responsibility. Overall, it was an absolute superb experience! The hotel is clean and quite good food.
