Located on the beachfront, in the centre of Kos Town, Kos Aktis is a luxurious, minimalist design hotel. The staff went above and beyond in every aspect. They were kind, gracious, and extremely helpful. The location on the beach within a quick walk to nearby stores, restaurants, and archeological sites was amazing. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable and I had an ocean balcony view that I could have spent all day staring at. It was beyond my expectations and a wonderful place to stay with a great staff and delicious food.

Where should I start? I have been to the finest hotels, but this one was truly amazing. A boutique hotel away from the noise of crowded, touristic all-inclusive hotels, where there is constantly a crowd of people around you. A boutique hotel with locals working, which made me happy to see the management supporting the local community and providing jobs. Everyone from the staff was speaking at least English and usually more than 2-3 languages. The cleanliness of the suite and the hotel in general was beyond any expectation, and the cleaning ladies were so friendly and attentive. The breakfast and the restaurants served high-quality food. The view from our suite was amazing. Picture this: we had a lovely evening on our huge balcony with a great view of the ocean while soaking in the private jacuzzi and enjoying the elegant dinner that room service brought straight from the restaurant downstairs. I mean, this is a picture I took from this vacation to bring back home with me!

Personnel were very professional and friendly. Kyriakos was a hands on owner, Dimitris and Maria at the front desk were very helpful and Christian and Sebastian at the beach bar and restaurant were very efficient and attentive.

Its a very large resort with many pools and lush gardens. Our room was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Staff was friendly and efficient and although it was very busy we felt well taken care of. The kids enjoyed the pirate ship with the slides and also the water park which had some nice slides especially the mushroom one which our kids did not stop taken. Breakfast was plenty of options with all you can think of. Lunch had a nice buffet around the pool and the dinner at the Greek restaurant was very tasty. The animation team did a fantastic job with activities throughout the day and at night there was some Greek group dancing and singing at the Amphitheatre which gave a really nice touch to our holiday. The reception team was very helpful and friendly and went out of their way to assist us.

We stayed for one night only, but it was very comfortable. On the day of check-out, we were allowed to stay at the rooftop bar with the swimming pool and use the shower until our late ferry departure at 8 PM. Great experience!

It's a beautiful hotel with comfortable rooms and great staff. I want to thank Fatma our guest relation manager for helping us with everything we needed. We came early and while waiting for our room we could use all the facilities including a rich breakfast. The food was good and had everything you needed. The beach was calm and had a great cool breeze. It' has some small rocks so take a sea shoe with you. After a few meters of rocks it's all sand.. but that was our favorite spot. The Beach bard had some drinks and it was chill. There is an adult pool which is a plus if you want to stay away from children and the crowd.
Very modern contemporary accommodation on the beach front and close to the old town. Loved the soft cosy mattress. I was just passing through for a night and staff were extremely hospitable even prepared a breakfast pack for me take on my early departure to the airport. I loved the social atmosphere as karaoke was happening in the court yard at night and great beach club vibe by the pool during the day.
Ukoliko se na par dana želite opustiti i zaboraviti svakodnevne obveze i brige dođite u Mitsis Family Village. Osoblje je ljubazno, uljudno. Sobe čiste, prostrane. More je kristalno čisto, a plaža je pješčana. Hrane i pića ima u izobilju i svatko si može odabrati nešto za sebe. The hotel beach and pools are amazing, and beautiful! The main restaurant is great with great variety of tasty food. The best part of mitsis Norida, is it's staff - they made our stay comfortable and fun, and we felt welcomed and cared for the entire time! The activities organized by the hotel were great, and especially Ella made the volleyball and football tournaments (and the mini disco! ) super fun!
