Excellent resort with high standards in all aspects. We received an upgrade to a room with a sun deck and direct access to the swimming pool. Our car was stuck and the general manager helped to organise some help to remedy the situation. Very kind staff and wonderful breakfast.

Where should I start? I have been to the finest hotels, but this one was truly amazing. A boutique hotel away from the noise of crowded, touristic all-inclusive hotels, where there is constantly a crowd of people around you. A boutique hotel with locals working, which made me happy to see the management supporting the local community and providing jobs. Everyone from the staff was speaking at least English and usually more than 2-3 languages. The cleanliness of the suite and the hotel in general was beyond any expectation, and the cleaning ladies were so friendly and attentive. The breakfast and the restaurants served high-quality food. The view from our suite was amazing. Picture this: we had a lovely evening on our huge balcony with a great view of the ocean while soaking in the private jacuzzi and enjoying the elegant dinner that room service brought straight from the restaurant downstairs. I mean, this is a picture I took from this vacation to bring back home with me!

I had a wonderful stay at KOIA. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the location is stunning with great views of the surrounding islands. It was very peaceful to be in a remote area away from the hustle and bustle of the island. The rooms and facilities were clean and beautifully designed.

Kos
Sve je bilo izvanredno, od apartmana, do usluge i samog sadržaja u sklopu kompleksa. Pana je bio savršen domačin, ljubazan, zabavan, informativan i uvijek je bio na predizpoziciji ako je nešto trebalo. Apartman je bio lijep, moderan, savršen za odmor. U sklopu je i bazen, day bar, night bar, restoran i sve je odlično, sve što ti treba. Lokacija je bila dobra, blizu grada Kos također je bio u mirnom dijelu koji je i blizu glavne ceste. Iskustvo nam je bilo sjajno i sigurno ćemo se ponovno vraćati kod Pane iduće godine.
Apartman nas je dočekao čist i uredan, te se u njemu nalazilo sve potrebno za ugodan boravak. Osoblje je bilo jako ljubazno i pristupačno za bilo kakve informacije. Tokom boravka također smo dobili čistu posteljinu i ručnike, te nam je soba bila očišćena. Na odlasku su nas iznenadili poklonima prije odlaska. Preporuke ako dolazite na Kos.
Its a very large resort with many pools and lush gardens. Our room was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Staff was friendly and efficient and although it was very busy we felt well taken care of. The kids enjoyed the pirate ship with the slides and also the water park which had some nice slides especially the mushroom one which our kids did not stop taken. Breakfast was plenty of options with all you can think of. Lunch had a nice buffet around the pool and the dinner at the Greek restaurant was very tasty. The animation team did a fantastic job with activities throughout the day and at night there was some Greek group dancing and singing at the Amphitheatre which gave a really nice touch to our holiday. The reception team was very helpful and friendly and went out of their way to assist us.

Maca koja obitava blizu je svako jutro dolazila na doručak - molim da se brinete o maci i da joj stavite posudice na terasu. Papiga mi je isto odlična s fućkanjem i mjaukanjem. Obiteljski hotel za lijep odmor.

We loved the accommodation itself, in particular the upgrade we were given. We appreciated the well-kept hotel grounds and the overall cleanliness of the hotel. All the staff are extremely welcoming and friendly. Thank you for the great experience!

In the first place, hotel was very clean and well organized. Foods are good enough, pools and the beach were perfect. But most impressive thing was friendly, helpfull and smiling hotel staff. They were really really good in their job !

The location of the hotel just before the entrance to the city and next to the beach, the hotel is luxurious and the rooms are spacious and clean. Good position in the center of the island, close to the sea. Easy to access all places in Kos. Clean, large enough for 2 people. It is possible to eat outside on a small table, but enough to enjoy breakfast and dinner in the garden. The houses are kept in a good quality.
The hotel is amazing! The whole staff team is working hard to make your stay completely stress free and the facilities that the hotel offers is just great. I have to say a BIG thanks to the Kids Club team (amazing job from all of them, particularly Lilia) and the water sports team that are also treating the kids with a lot of kindness and responsibility. Overall, it was an absolute superb experience! The hotel is clean and quite good food.
