The room was very nice, clean and comfortable with big and nice terrace. The restaurant also was very good with perfect breakfast. The location also was very good.

Someone phoned me the day before to make sure I arrived to get my key and give me any other helpful details. Staff very friendly, lovely quiet location, access to a fridge, and small sitting room, ordered a take away breakfast and how coffee in the morning as I needed to get on the road. I would recommend this stay and will return if in the area.

Britannia has got a bad name and some of the hotels in the group are truly bad but this one is in a different league so don’t let the name put you off. Rooms are clean and in good repair, staff are very friendly and the meals are tremendous value, especially the buffet breakfast. It’s as good, if not better than some hotels at twice the price. Had the club room and very spacious and clean. Amazing shower and bathroom. Very comfortable bed. We was able to use the gym and swim facilities too which where excellent.

This hotel is beautiful, we loved the lobby area which is really nice and cosy and the bar and restaurant is equally as nice with great drinks and good atmosphere. The room is really nice, with a very comfortable bed and we slept so well. The bathroom is really nice with a nice, hot shower. Would be lovely if the rooms were decorated in the same style as the public areas. We highly recommend this hotel.

The location was only a few mins walk to city centre. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful.
Room was big enough for 3 people. Bed a little hard. Breakfast was good. Hotel was located near to all shops ,restaurants,etc. Staff was all polite,helpful.
