Rutland Water Courtyard Rooms are located on Rutland Water Golf Course. A restaurant, an on-site bar and free WiFi is available. Free private parking is available on site. Peaceful location, lovely courtyard room with everything needed, including a very comfortable bed. Fantastic breakfast and excellent evening meal on the day we chose to eat there. It was nice staying next to the bar - we could have a drink in the evening without worrying about who was going to drive. We're not golfers, but learned a bit about the sport while we were there! Also was great to be so close to the Nature Reserve and able to walk around Rutland Water.

Nestled close to the shores of Rutland Water, just 5 minutes’ drive from Oakham and a 50-minute drive from Leicester. Beautiful building in lovely setting , comfortable rooms , excellent staff.

Dating back to 1604, this former hunting lodge offers traditional, spacious accommodations in the heart of Oakham, Rutland’s county town. Breakfast was very good. The staff were very pleasant. The tables were a bit narrow though :)

An 18th century town house, this hotel and restaurant has a seasonal menu using local produce and a log fire in the cozy bar. The room was absolutely spectacular, well stocked with teas and coffees and toiletries, the bathroom was so impressively nice, so much larger than I anticipated! The staff was absolutely the kindest, most helpful and attentive hotel staff I’ve ever encountered. The location was lovely and the restaurant delicious. I have absolutely no complaints :)

Beautifully located in the historic market town of Oakham, this 17th-century former farmhouse has been lovingly restored to offer luxurious guest rooms with Freeview TV, while still retaining its... On arrival the staff were very friendly. We'd asked for an early check in, and they pulled out all the stops to have it ready within 10 minutes of arrival. All staff, whether serving us or not, greeted us and were friendly. We were attending a wedding nearby and so asked if they could order us a taxi and they actually rang round to get us our preferred time. The room was quaint and comfortable and plenty of room. The bed was super comfy and everything very clean. We ordered breakfast which was well cooked and very nice. We enjoyed our stay so much that we promised ourselves that we'd return for a full weekend in Oakham and definitely stay here.

Family owned and run, Greetham Valley Hotel is set amid tranquil Rutland countryside. 10 minutes' drive from Oakham, Stamford and Rutland Water and with easy access via the A1. Greetham is always good and seems to be getting better and better.
