Rutland Water Courtyard Rooms are located on Rutland Water Golf Course. A restaurant, an on-site bar and free WiFi is available. Free private parking is available on site. Peaceful location, lovely courtyard room with everything needed, including a very comfortable bed. Fantastic breakfast and excellent evening meal on the day we chose to eat there. It was nice staying next to the bar - we could have a drink in the evening without worrying about who was going to drive. We're not golfers, but learned a bit about the sport while we were there! Also was great to be so close to the Nature Reserve and able to walk around Rutland Water.

Lovely welcoming, unique property with beautiful rooms and attention to detail. Simon was a great host and made us very welcome . Unusual and tasty menu .

Dating back to 1604, this former hunting lodge offers traditional, spacious accommodation in the heart of Oakham, Rutland’s county town. Breakfast was very good. The staff were very pleasant. The tables were a bit narrow though :)

The room was absolutely spectacular, well stocked with teas and coffees and toiletries, the bathroom was so impressively nice, so much larger than I anticipated! The staff was absolutely the kindest, most helpful and attentive hotel staff I’ve ever encountered. The location was lovely and the restaurant delicious. I have absolutely no complaints :)

Beautifully situated in the historic market town of Oakham, this 17th-century former farmhouse has been lovingly restored to offer luxurious guest rooms with Freeview TV, whilst still retaining its... It was well run, clean, friendly staff and the food was excellent! It was also within walking distance to the railway station.

Family owned and run, Greetham Valley Hotel is set amidst tranquil Rutland countryside. 10 minutes' drive from Oakham, Stamford and Rutland Water and with easy access via the A1. peaceful, Clean and tidy hotel. Enjoyed our stay and will book again ..
