After a few days of staying, we decided to come back here next year just to meet the Nicoletta (the host) again :) She took care of our comfort every day, even spending time and siting with as chatting in the evenings. The place is in the lower part of the town, but you get a free ride to the center if you have booked a dinner there. The place has all You need: super welcoming host, rooms are cleaned every day, a bar in which you can spend evenings with your friends and family, the ski depot and ski lift is just a few meters away. Cesana Torinese
The staff is very friendly, accomodating and flexible. We had to change our dates twice and they were very happy to do so for us. The location cannot be any better, literally right next to two key ski lifts, one that takes you to Via Lattea in Italy and the other towards Montgenevre in France. Highly recommended! Top!

Everything the fifth time in this Hotel
Very good service, nice clean cozy rooms, comfortable beds, very convenient location- just next to ski rental, supermarket and ski lift.
We booked only apartment and didn’t have breakfast option. The pool and gym need to pay extra. The apartment has kitchen and all you need to prepare your dinner. Everything was very clean and new. We had really comfortable stay. Would book again in the future.

Out of season it was delightful, unhurried and restful. As I had been on the road almost a week travelling from Cherbourg to central Italy it was a most welcome break.
The location, the Spa, the staff, the restaurant, the design and decoration of the hotel, the locker rooms with direct access outside.
Great spacious apartment, with everything you need. Ski out, but unfortunately not in due to going at the start of the session, nice pool and spa facilities. The apartment had great views, bath with loads of hot water, firm bed, loads of storage, great warm boot room, 2 min walk to the ski hire shop who where amazing ( Skiset Au Chalet du Guide), and 5min walk from the centra, and a great sledging hill. Staff at the apartments were friendly, accommodating and happy to help with anything.
Upon arrival, we received an unprepared cabin, but this situation was resolved very quickly by the friendly staff. At first it was a bit chilly, but later the cabin warmed up perfectly and we could really enjoy the peace and the wonderful views from the windows.

The apartment was very close to the slopes and not far from the centre. The communication was prompt and helpful once we contacted them.
