The attention to detail and personalisation was outstanding. The manager of the hotel gave us a tour of the building and grounds with information about its history which was really interesting and added a special touch. We were welcomed with exceptional service (and a complimentary arrival drink) and genuinely felt like nothing was too much for the staff. The room was decorated to perfection and had everything you’d think of needing. You have personal use of the spa area by giving a little notice which is something we’ve never had before. The grounds, decor, staff and breakfast were all perfect and genuinely can’t be faulted. We can’t wait to stay again in summer!
