The staff was amazing in every department, friendly yet professional. The room spacious - clean, and nice view from the balcony. I was offered a piece of cake for my bday which shows that they take care of their customers, little attentions like this goes a long way! The ambiance at night (it was Sant Joan) with live music was so cool! The pools area is also very beautiful. The breakfast buffet was a real feist, so many options! I really loved staying there. We will return for sure. I recommend 1000%

The hotel is perfectly located on the Santa Susanna's Beach. It features great amenities, bar, Kalima beach bar, wonderful outdoor pool, spa and other facilities. Staff is superb! Me and my husband celebrated our honeymoon there and they all tried to make it even more special. It's an Adults-Only hotel, so you won't be hearing any children or seeing them jumping in the pool and disturbing your peace. The food is excellent and every day different. I recommend taking a half-board option as this will really cover you for the day food wise. I would go as far to say this hotel has the best position in Santa Susanna, which has a great nightlife! Totally recommend this hotel and we will be returning to it.

Very clean, comfortable and functional apartments, with a very good value for money. Highly recommended in Calella, on the Costa del Maresme, near (60km) from Barcelona. 10 min from train station.
It's just an oasis half an hour from Barcelona. Right in front of the sea you have everything to enjoy your holiday with children. A small water park, plenty of swimming pools and an active entertainment program. Beautiful view from the balcony. Sound of the surf. Well-groomed area and the hotel itself. Quite a rich breakfast. Show program. The highlight was the availability of air hockey and billiards. And of course, the snack bar is open until one in the morning (this is a real delight for us - night owls). We read the reviews and were prepared for a dated room, but we found a great family room. Newest. Fully equipped including the now popular USB sockets. Clean bathrooms (bathtub+shower). Huge balcony. For some reason, there are no photos of the coolest rooms on the website - on the ground floor there are rooms with private pools!

The hotel staff is very friendly and very professional. They all work with a big smile in the face and very helpful. The rooms were very nice and OMG super clean, well done to the ladies that clean those rooms and the hotel in general very well. The restaurant food was incredibly good, and I could not believe for the amount of money they can still service a great quality of food and make sure all table are clean after the guest leave the plates was so fast the ladies cleaning everything and make sure the space to the next guest are ready and clean. They have all types of meals to all tastes so no complaints about this and every day is something different. The location is great, 500m from the beach and 10 min to the town of Calella. Lots of restaurants and bars and supermarkets around the hotel. The evening entreteriment was great and was offering to all ages. The price of the cocktails, coffee and whatever you order at the bar was very cheap and great drinks. Swimming pool very clean and chairs to everyone. When you are in the room once you close the window, no noise at all to hear. I will come back to the hotel with my family again soon. Thanks to everyone work really hard in the Hotel President.
Nice campsite,good facilities. Nice food and drink at reasonable prices and the small shop is good value, only downside is it's 4km walk to nearest shops.....
If you expect a five-star hotel for this money, you won't get it. However, knowing how much we paid, we didn't expect anything at all. When we arrived, we were surprised that everything looks better than in the pictures, the room is pleasant and clean, towels are changed daily. The people who work in the restaurant and by the pool are wonderful and always smiling. The chefs of the restaurant are well organized and everything was always in the best order. The food is excellent and I have absolutely no complaints, it is varied and there is a choice for everyone, whether you eat halal, whether you are vegan or love seafood.

Overall, it is a great hotel for families. The food is versatile and tasty, always fish, pasta, pizza, salads and much more on the menu. The desserts are particularly delicious. The rooms are spaceous and well maintained, clean and with everything necessary. The swimming pool area is clean and big, with many different activities for all ages. The bars are excellent, too. The beach of Santa Susana is 5 minutes away and the train that takes you to Barcelona is only 2 minutes away.
Everything was perfect especially the receptionist helped a lot. Thank you again for everything.

The set up of this beautiful hotel is amazing. It is only 25 minutes from Barcelona and if you are wanting to relax or heal, it is well worth visiting. Breakfast had a good variety. Lunch and dinner were tasty, well prepared meals. Our room 205 had beautiful views and silence Service and friendly staff was excellent
