Lovely place for a family with kids. The entertainment was amazing - young people who were giving everything to please the little ones. Every dayand every night different entertainment for adults after kids karaoke and kids disco.
The pools were also incredible for kids with the water slides at the back. The only thing was that the sunbeds were not enough for all the guests and they were queueing .
The bars outside were amazing - the staff was incredible.

A nice little town.
A nice little town. The beach is made up of very coarse sand and the sea level drops quickly. Not ideal for little ones. It is easy to get around on foot and there is a tourist train. There are some nice shops. We only ate out once, that was at Nicky’s which was good in the whole.

Fabulous breakfast, fantastic waterpark for kids, great buffet meals and wonderful restaurant staff. Lovely rooms, unfortunately poor front counter service, other noisy guests and smoking at the property made it uncomfortable.

Pineda de Mar is not a pretty town.
Pineda de Mar is not a pretty town. There are a few large hotels and the rest is very low key and run down. However it is very easy to get to from Barcelona which is where we flew into and also spent time. The train is easy and regular. We also got a train to Girona and Figueres one day which was easy, but more expensive that we anticipated as the train to Barcelona is quite cheap. Whilst the train is easy, it is also a bit on a eye sore as it runs directly next to the beach. It did mean that you got to see all the town up to Pineda de Mar and I would not have recommended any of those either. There are not many tours or day trips running out of Pineda de Mar as I would have liked to explore the coast further north, however I believe this coast is harder to get to from Barcelona so Pineda de Mar suited us for this reason. There are several beach bars along the beach and we particularly liked Tiare where we had delicious tapas and good priced drinks.

Small Village where there are a lot of supermarkets and beach clubs. The sand of the beach isn't good and t'he water is col. I don't recommended this beach furthemore itsn't safe to babies fue to the waves and rocks.

Great beach town with mostly locals/Spanish people.
Great beach town with mostly locals/Spanish people. Not a big tourist hub like Calella or Malgrat. Nice vibe, some excellent restaurants, beautiful beach and beachside restaurants (chiringuitos). Very relaxed friendly place.
The hotel was located in the middle of the town. Not noisy and very clean. Enjoyed the little restaurants around and walk to the nearest beach 12 to 15 mins away ! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was 10 min walk away but at least available so no issues there. They clean on a daily basis . Pool very clean and they have many loungers. Also a mini bar was nicely equipped with drinks and bites to eat.
I liked the accommodation because it was very clean, easy to get to the beach, places around to eat and walk, the people there are very ok, the parking, the acceptance of animals, hot water at any time, the cottage is very well equipped, it also had pans , plates, etc., air conditioning that also worked on the heat, including a special device that gave heat, since it was May, in the evening it was necessary.
Good location: close to the beach and city center. The town itself is close to Lloret de Mar and not far from Barcelona.
The apartment was very spacious and clean. It has a balcony.
Plenty space for storage.
Bed linens and towels were changed frequently and always clean.
There's a parking place in the yard behind the hotel ( extra payment).
Great location, excellent service. Beautiful sea view.
Slide area unforgetable for my daughter, life guards were friendly and paying attention to safety.
Pools were super.
Cleaning lady was really precised.
Kids club and the evening shows were full with fun.
We really loved our stay at Hotel Taurus and recommending it to others. :)
