The hotel manager, Ahmed, is a lovely person - he welcomed us warmly and upgraded us to the best room in the hotel. The room was sparkling clean and very spacious. It had a great balcony with Mountain View. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is huge. Ahmed and the staff are super friendly and professional. They would bring us delicious breakfast delivered in the room every day. The room was perfectly made and cleaned daily. For Anything we needed, Ahmed and his team were always happy to help. The best hosts ever! They would also take care of all the plants and flowers around the palazzo as well as of all the animals. Truly genuine and lovely people. We will always remember Casa d’or as one of the best stay in our lives (and we do travel a lot!). We will be surely back! Thanks Ahmed and the team for making us feel like at home and even better!

I had Congratulations from Shef-cook in main restaurant and very tasty cake!!! Hotel have very good SPA! I took 5 massage. Dunja is perfect!!! Spa made me a gift for birthday too. It was amazing!!! Thank you Reception Julia and Fadhi!!! You made my vacation in high level!!! The food taste, a lot of variety! Smusi from mango and strawberry was amazing!!! Coral reefs wich far from beech bar was amazing with a lot of fish!!! And lifeguard is very net. Morning Pilates and jogga was good. Evenings program was spectacular! Shatl to Naamabay was regularly.
