I was a stunning hotel, staff wanted to help in any way, they did a personalised schedule for me during my stay. Also went out of their way to cater for my vegan diet. Even on their bbq buffet the chef had prepared me a full vegan feast. I had been out there for 5 weeks volunteer working in another island, so this was my treat on my way back home. I was made to feel so special, it was the finishing touch to a special time.

The property was in an excellent location. Walking distance to restaurants and the port for easy access to day tours and the beach. The staff were so helpful and kind. They went above and beyond to help us with any needs or concerns. Or package included breakfast and it was fresh and delicious. They also have a tour agency connected to the property which makes booking tours simple and easily accessible.

Very warm welcome. We were made to feel at home and enjoyed a really nice breakfast. Being slightly outside the main town (Puerto Ayora) made it feel very tranquil. Lovely green surroundings with beautiful flowers and banana trees!

Absolutely fantastic hotel. We had a huge room with an amazing sea view, which was spectacular. Room was cleaned perfectly every day. Staff were so friendly and always so helpful. Breakfast was simple but lovely.
We stayed for one night, before going on a several days boat trip. Rooms were, the staff and service was great. Price was also fair.
hotel bardzo ladny ale nigdzie nie było napisane ze trzeba do niego dopłynąć łódka co nas zaniepokoiło ale w końcu okazało się duża atrakcja. Personel przyjazny ale zdarzyło się ze ze względu na wczesny wyjazd na wycieczkę nie miałyśmy śniadania bo po prostu hotel był pusty -nie było nikogo z obsługi. po prostu nocowaliśmy tam same. ale poza tym fajnie. cisza i spokój i wspaniała przyroda.
