Liten , kompakt by der folk reiser til og fra når de skal med båt rundt Galapagos. Også mange ryggsekkturister som tar dagsturer derfra. Flere fine strender i gåavstand. Et flott museum som handler om menneskene som kom til Galapagos og om de som bor her nå. Også om utfordringer ifh til naturvern, forurensing, vannmangel . Vi spiste i gaten overfor der vi bodde, der var det flere små, lokale restauranter. Det var også et par lunchsteder ved sjøen. Det koseligste rett ved siden av hotellet. der kunne en og sitte og ta noe å drikke.
