Very friendly and professional staff. Modern, very clean and quiet room. Great breakfast and fridge with cold drinks for self-service. Very centrally located, no long walk from the harbor. Would come back!

This hotel is situated on the car-free island of Heligoland. It features a terrace with views of the North Sea, and the sandy beach is just 100 metres away. The location was great and the view of the water was nice. The place was clean, comfortable and spacious and just like it was represented online. AND the lady at the desk when we checked in was exceptional. She professionally handled grumpy guests checking in ahead of us who complained about everything. Also, on checking out, she gave us the option of paying at a different hotel, that was run by the same people, that did take credit cards. !!AND!! we left very important medication in the refrigerator, which she personally ran over to us while we were paying at the other hotel—this more than makes up for anything I wrote in the “What didn’t you like?”! Thank you so much!

This intimate 4-star hotel on the North Sea island of Helgoland offers a modern spa area and a convenient location near the famous Hummerbuden row houses. Great hotel. Nice location. Excellent breakfast. We also had supper one evening and it was great.

Situated a short walk from the ferry harbour, this hotel on the island of Helgoland offers comfortable rooms with free wireless internet and a large sun terrace overlooking the sea. So comfortable feather quilt and pillow. White bed sheets. Very clean room with a great shower tube. Breakfast was delicious! Great selection of cheese and bread, homemade jams, raw salmon, delicious sour cream, great tea experience - a lot of tea with a candle below to keep it warm. You feel well treated in the way they serve the food.
