The place was clean, comfortable and spacious and just like it was represented online. AND the lady at the desk when we checked in was exceptional. She professionally handled grumpy guests checking in ahead of us who complained about everything. Also, on checking out, she gave us the option of paying at a different hotel, that was run by the same people, that did take credit cards. !!AND!! we left very important medication in the refrigerator, which she personally ran over to us while we were paying at the other hotel—this more than makes up for anything I wrote in the “What didn’t you like?”! Thank you so much!

This intimate 4-star hotel on the North Sea island of Helgoland offers a modern spa area and a convenient location near the famous Hummerbuden row houses. Great hotel. Nice location. Excellent breakfast. We also had supper one evening and it was great.
