Everything was perfect, such a nice hotel, exactly what you expect from a mountain hotel. Well decorated rooms with a nice terrace, breakfast had also everything one needs to start a good day. We would definitely come back here if we can.

That is definately one of the best hotels I have lately stayed! Very comfortable, staff super nice and helpfull, everything thought through to the smallest details. Set amid the wonderful Alpine landscapes of Garmisch-Partenkirchen, this traditional 4-star hotel offers elegant rooms and excellent spa facilities. The location is perfect--close to the train station, close to a nice walking area of town, but also close enough to jump on the freeway to go south to Innsbruck or north to Ettal or Oberammergau. It's so quiet at night, I didn't need earplugs (and I'm a sensitive sleeper)! The bathroom has all necessary amenities, and the minibar beverages were complimentary as well which was a beautiful touch. The spa services are wonderful, the restaurant was wonderful--honestly, going half board here was the best decision I've ever made because the four course dinners were heavenly. The underground parking gave me true peace of mind as well. The bed was also an awesome size for a solo traveler - bigger than a normal single for sure!

Served fresh each morning, the spread included locally sourced ingredients, hearty bread, delicious cheeses, and the best coffee I’ve had in a long time. It was the perfect way to start the day. The location is unbeatable. Nestled in a serene and idyllic part of Neubeuern, it’s just a short walk to the charming town center and conveniently located near hiking trails and other attractions. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful retreat or an active adventure, this guesthouse provides the ideal base. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the attentive and friendly staff. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, offering excellent recommendations for dining, sightseeing, and activities in the area. I cannot recommend this guesthouse highly enough. If you’re visiting Neubeuern or the surrounding region, this is the place to stay. It’s an absolute gem and one I look forward to returning to in the future.

From thw time we arrived until we loaded up the staff were as friendly as you will find in germany. They made sure we were always comfortable and happy with everything. They serve a top notch breakfast and the facility is well cared for and located nicely in a quiet village. The scenery and sorounding area is beautiful with easy access to the german alps. The onsite parking was easily accessible and plentiful making it easy to leave.the car and walk around the town.

The location and off street parking were great. It was easy to get into the old town by foot. The apartment was modern and clean and still had all the charm of the German alps.
the hotel lies in a hill overseeing the lake with hiking trails going in and out to the mountains from it. The Spa was great as well as the dining experience in their restaurant. We visited for our honeymoon and the staff left a very special detail in our room which was very much appreciated.
The hotel was very clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was fantastic! We booked our vacation time in June here. We are looking forward to our return!

All the staff was really lovely and kind! They were outstanding at all times! In addition to that, the hotel is beautiful. All the facilities sugest you to have a good time and relax! The small details make a big difference! We just loved everything! I really recomend it, if you want to have a relaxing time. Not very good for loud groups, since it's a quiet environment. And can't forget about the food! Delicious and amazing breakfast!

This is the best hotel with the finest service, an incredibly professional staff, and everything is designed for the utmost comfort of the guests. We've never seen such a variety of breakfast options—it's like attending an amazing banquet :))) The rooms are fantastic with very comfortable beds—mattresses, pillows, blankets—everything is top-notch. The hotel grounds are unbelievably beautiful with a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. We will definitely return here next time. Thank you for everything!

It was a real pleasure to stay at Eibsee. We were delighted with the reception. The entire hotel staff is great. The cleanliness of the grade 10, the Spa area and the view are wonderful. I am very glad that I could spend my birthday in a fairy tale location. We will definitely come back and I want to sincerely recommend the services offered by your hotel.
Everything about this hotel was perfect. We were there for the Christmas market which was right out the back door. Parking was also super convenient, we could take the elevator from our room to our car. We would definitely stay here again!
I loved the location, the facilities and the staff were so nice. We ate every night at the restaurant which was really lovely. The room was spacious and very clean. Gabriel in the restaurant was excellent.
