Set amid the wonderful Alpine landscapes of Garmisch-Partenkirchen, this traditional 4-star hotel offers elegant rooms and excellent spa facilities. This is a gorgeous hotel that I can strongly recommend. I would gladly stay there again. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was perfect. Breakfast was superb as were the dinner meals. This will be where I stay anytime I visit Garmisch.

Enjoying a quiet but central location in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, this informal hotel is a convenient base for nature and winter sports enthusiasts. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout. The loft annex room for one person was just perfect - plenty of room; comfortable bed; cosy lounge/TV area; balcony with mountain views; small, well-equipped kitchen; modern bathroom with sky facing windows letting in plentiful natural light; beautiful wooden floors and ceiling. The staff were invariably friendly and helpful, dealing admirably with the fact that I spoke only English. The location was ideal for someone like me. It was only a short walk to the train and bus stops, Lidl for groceries, tourist information office, and many cafes. The Guest Card allowed me to use the public bus for free to visit Mittenwald, Ettal, Lindhof Palace and even Neuschwanstein Castle, 2 hours away.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality that made me feel right at home. The guesthouse itself is a perfect blend of traditional Bavarian charm and modern comfort. The rooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night after a day of exploring. Breakfast was a highlight of my stay. Served fresh each morning, the spread included locally sourced ingredients, hearty bread, delicious cheeses, and the best coffee I’ve had in a long time. It was the perfect way to start the day. The location is unbeatable. Nestled in a serene and idyllic part of Neubeuern, it’s just a short walk to the charming town center and conveniently located near hiking trails and other attractions. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful retreat or an active adventure, this guesthouse provides the ideal base. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the attentive and friendly staff. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, offering excellent recommendations for dining, sightseeing, and activities in the area. I cannot recommend this guesthouse highly enough. If you’re visiting Neubeuern or the surrounding region, this is the place to stay. It’s an absolute gem and one I look forward to returning to in the future.
