And very interestingly, if a guest orders takeout food, the delivery person places the order in a tie-wearing robot in the lobby, which rolls its way to the elevator, rides it up to the proper floor, and somehow finds the room to deliver it to. Beautiful property in a great location inside the old town of Lijiang. Bed was extremely comfy, bathtub in the room was a plus and the views from the second floor were beautiful.
