A guy name Alex did all that he could and a bit more to help. We must mention Mia. We left a mobile phone at a taxi. Mia located the founded, and guided her back to the hotel to bring the phone back. The lovely guy on reception gave me a great dinner recommendation, then went above and beyond to post some items to my next stop that I’d left behind! So helpful, generous and kind. Hotel is in close proximity to the tourist spots, and I highly recommend staying in the beautiful spot of you have a long layover in Xiamen!
