The Hey Hotel was a perfect homebase as we explored Interlaken and the surrounding area for 4 days. The room was spacious and had a lovely view of the area. Both the room and bathroom were well equipped with everything we needed. The hotel is located directly between the two train stations so it's and easy commute to get where you need to go. The staff is friendly and helpful! The neighborhood is lovely with lots to see and do all around. I would recommend the Hey Hotel to anyone traveling to Interlaken!

We had the most beautiful stay at Hotel Fassbind! It was the most memorable stay we had in Switzerland. Dani was so welcoming and helpful with anything we needed, including helping us plan how to spend our days around the weather etc. The extra little touches by Dani made the stay very special. The breakfast was really good too and the views from the hotel were phenomenal! The hotel was only a few minute walk from the bus stop to interlaken/up the mountain. Thank you Hotel Fassbind for the most lovely stay!

We liked everything about Hotel Beausite. It's walking distance to the Interlaken west train station. The breakfast spread is pretty decent and satiating. The place was very neat and clean and really warm and cosy. They even offer free cookies, tea/coffe/ice tea etc for 4 hours from afternoon noon till the evening. We didn't have a chance to interact much with other staff, but we found Mathias and John to be very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel to other guests.

The location is REALLY GREAT. Short walk, approximately 400 meters, from the Interlaken West station with Migros Supermarket nearby. Also, room is VERY CLEAN and VERY SPACIOUS. Hotel staff cleans rooms daily. Breakfast buffet is GENEROUS with a selection of cheese, cold cuts, bread, juices, cereals, and fruits. Most importantly, hotel staff is generously accommodating especially Sassa. Sassa makes interaction with guests really warm, friendly, and personal. Stay at Alphorn is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Very positively surprised by my stay at the Metropole Hotel in Interlaken. From the outside, it might not look spectacular, but the inside is actually very nice. The room are spacious and comfortable. My balcony was facing towards the main road and Jungfrau mountain, so the view was spectacular. The highlight was the staff though, especially Sandro who was super friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again when returning to Interlaken.

The Hostel Chalet Stöckli is a separate building semi-attached to the Alpenblick Hotel and a great deal! We got the full chalet experience on a budget with breakfast in the main building. The bathroom is shared with one other room on your floor and fairly basic but that was not an issue for us. The location is great, a little outside the city with the view of the mountains. Accessible from Interlaken West with bus and then 2 minute walk.

Apartment on top level was spacious and perfect for two couples or family. Cooking facilities were essential and had everything required. Premises was safe and in a great location for getting around Interlaken, with easy access to Grindelwald, Lauterbrunnen and Jungfrau region via local West station. Self check-in was easy and staff responsive to any local needs. Weather was perfect for off-season early November. Highly recommended.

Apartment is perfectly located, you are 10 minutes walking distance from crowded city center, but yet you are in peaceful place surrounded by beautiful mountain views. Terrace view overlooking to Jungfrau and other peaks is magnificent for quite and peacful coffee in the morning. Appartment is spacious and very well equipped, especially kitchen. Don't miss this place if ever in Interlaken. Having parking space is also huge plus.

Alpina Boutique Hotel was a perfect stop on our travels through Switzerland. Located just outside of Interlaken, it’s peaceful seclusion was just what we wanted and the view from our balcony was stunning. We made this our base for a few days and traveled out by the very convenient trains to some wonderful day adventures. Owners Richard and Tania are so hospitable. Their morning breakfast service was the perfect start to each day.

Lovely hotel in an amazing location on the lake. Expensive but it is Switzerland and nothing is cheap. Lake view room with terrace was just great. Staff very helpful and breakfast excellent. No dining option in the evening and town of Ringgenberg was quiet with a couple of places to eat. Hotel provided travel pass for train/bus into Interlaken which took a few minutes. Interlaken really nice with loads of eating options.

The property is clean and comfortable, located in a quiet neighborhood. There were 4 or us that stayed at Laura’s Apartment, space was good. We were able to roam the place with all our suitcases open. Location is great. Close proximity to Wilderswil Train Station (3-min walk), which has direct access going to and from Interlaken—one stop away (7-min train ride). Buses are also accessible. There are grocery stores nearby.

Perfect location. Overlooking the Victoria Hotel and central park, you can see the paragliders landing all day. Interlaken West is just walking distance, Ost is reachable by bus quickly too. Home is equipped with power sockets and USB. TV is big and modern with AppleTV built in. Sofa is big and comfortable too. Kitchen is small but good enough for all practical purposes.

- Beautiful view of Lake Thun from the balcony. - Apartment was amazing with most of the basic facilities available; on two floors. - Washroom was also nice and clean. - Free pass from hotel for commuting to & from Interlaken on bus (20 minutes drive). Bus stop right next to hotel. - Hotel had badminton, table tennis and other facilities.

Apartment Jolie was an older style apartment with an unusual floor plan, on the bus route and easy walk to supermarket. Interlaken is a passage to the mountains, walks/hikes and lakes. The apartment is a good base from which to travel. Tony (host) is very responsive to any problems and this was excellent because there were a few problems.

Amazing property. Loved everything, from the location, to the friendly staff, the breakfast, and especially the very nice Jean-Louis who made our stay a memorable one. Will forever remember the days we spent at Hotel Rössli. And I’m sure we will be coming back to Interlaken and will stay at the same hotel. All the love from Lebanon!

Great location. Short walking distance to Interlaken West, only slightly further to Interlaken East. Apartment has everything you need. Very clean, modern. Nice balcony. Excellent communication from owner, Carlo. Very helpful and enthusiastic with lots of suggestions for activities. Highly recommend this accommodation.

The location was fantastic being so close to everything in Interlaken. The apartment is spacious and comfortable for our family of five, with plenty of bedding. Mario was an excellent host - communicating with us quickly as we needed and he had thought of everything. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Apartment Italy.

Definitely the location is a plus…main reason I chose this hotel is the proximity to Interlaken OST and the ferry is right next to it. Hotel is dated but it’s clean and has its own charm. Bed is comfortable, we spend most of our time out anyway. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Easy access to Interlaken West train station. From West you can get easily to Interlaken Ost which is main hub for all mountain trains. Room has electric kettle and tea which is a big plus for us. Staff was welcoming. Good breakfast. Hotel provided bus ticket card within the city.

Apartment was huge and budget wise (compared to other options), it was very economical. Staff was very helpful. Gave us extra fans as it was getting hot at night. 10 min walk from Interlaken West and very close to the river. Great view from the room. Provide parking if needed.
