While the location itself may not be the most central, the incredible view more than makes up for it. You truly feel like you're in a tranquil, scenic paradise. However, the most memorable part of my stay was the warmth and hospitality of the staff. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and comfortable. Their genuine smiles, constant attentiveness, and eagerness to help made our experience unforgettable. A standout feature was the ever-present snacks and fruits, which were promptly refilled whenever they ran out. The attention to detail and level of care was remarkable. This level of customer service is hard to come by these days, and Hotel Zeit & Traum delivered it in spades. In short, this hotel combines a fantastic view with world-class service. If you're looking for a place that feels like home, with a view that takes your breath away, and staff that treats you like family, Hotel Zeit & Traum is the place to be.

A thousand stars. 💕💕💕💕✨️✨️✨️✨️ When I was making my reservation I read some comments saying that the breakfast wasn't that good so I was sort of afraid of getting poor breakfast. Let me tell you, this places does EVERYTHING IN THEIR HANDS for you to be pleased, so please be nice and kind to them. They offer a selection of buffet breakfast, they even ask you if you want eggs or need anything, so yes, this is a great place to come to. !!!! When we were reaching the city by train the guy in charge called us (because they close at 7pm) and he even offered to wait for us and he did!!! That was sooooo nice of him since he didn't have to wait or even call, idk. We got breakfast they have in a menu and it was the best french toasts we ever had. So yes, if you need a bunch of reasons to stay here, please take this comment into your consideration. They have a guest lounge, so you can chill, have a meal and even warm up your food. Come here, stay here!!!!! Thanks for everything guys!!!!

We loved the hotel. They were so nice to us. The day we arrive, We had a bad day, missed trains and the stuff took us from train-station. They were so kind. Hotel was clean and comfortable. I got flu and even for that they helped us ;) thank you for everything! Also Cant pass to tell that Breakfast was excellent. Super peaceful and quiet, amazing views in a cozy small town, probably the best breakfast we had from the 7 different hotels we tried all over Switzerland. The room was spacious, had everything we needed. A nice addition - lakeside terrace that you can access 24/7. Really considering coming back. A much better option for those with car rather than neighboring interlakken.

The hotel is a few meters from the Interlaken West train station. I really appreciated the fact that I received an upgrade to a superior room type. Perfect cleanliness, comfortable bed and pillows, extremely kind and always smiling staff. The room was cleaned daily and the towels changed every day.

Was a perfect stay, I mean the location, spacious room/flat, having all what is needed in your room, enough parking lots, very professional and friendly staff ... will always be our 1st option in Interlaken.
