Everyone was extremely friendly and have accommodated us perfectly! I asked them to help me set up my marriage proposal and they went above and beyond to help me. We had private activities for our full stay and they helped organize a romantic sunset boat tour for my proposal. All in all, I would definitely recommend the Jackalberry Chobe Lodge, amazing people, beautiful views, the pool was great, the food was great and the activities were well organized, always on time. The perfect way to visit the Chobe region!

The lodge had a beautiful location right at the river, which you can enjoy from the pool and lounge area. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. The food is very good and organised tours are super nice.

A acomodação é espetacular, não me vejo ficando em outro lugar quando retornar à Botswana. De frente para o rio Chobe é próximo à entrada do parque. Café da manhã excepcional, pequeno almoço servido também muito bom. Todos os funcionários são extremamente atenciosos e educados!

The staff was friendly and it is in a secure area. At night the security gentleman was visible all the time. The deck area on the river bank was icing on the cake.
Everybody is exseptionally friendly and has always a smile- Lesley who supported us whenever asked, the kitchen team, who cooked 3 times a great dinner for us and Boa with immediate positive response. We felt very happy to be there! Thank you to everybody!

Rooms were superb and exceeded our expectations, especially with the evening turn down service. Mr Kufa, the food and beverage line manager was super friendly and personalised our dining experience. The food was super delicious curtesy of chef B and chef Colin and crew. All the staff were friendly and they went an extra mile to make our stay and our Dad's birthday memorable,l. The sunsets over the river Chobe will make you fall in love over and over, the game drives and river cruise will satisfy your dreams of experiencing wildlife live close and personal. We absolutely loved every moment of our stay.
From my first phone call to the property, handled by the lovely Tshidi, we were so impressed. She handled all our questions with so much patience. Such a gem.
O hostel oferece transfer para o centro da cidade a maioria dos dias por volta das 10:30am e de graça o que é uma mão na roda para quem está viajando sem carro. O local tbm é próximo da rua principal onde se pega os taxis. Eles também oferecem vários passeios para o Chobe, seja game drive, boat drive, etc. Também organizaram meu transfer para o aeroporto.
Beautiful, comfortable room a block or two from the center of Kasane where there's a Spar, a bank and other shops.
