The overall service was amazing. A special shout out to the waitress Kaone who was very attentive to our children needs. She went out of her duty areas to service us. The reception team were also amazing. The food was great.

Everything was just awesome. The staff is incredibly nice, Spha (the chef) is an amazing cook! My wife is a celiac, she can`t eat gluten, and they manage to prepare her even gluten-free bread, cake and pasta!! The game/boat drives we had were the best ones we`ve had, by far. Kabo, our guide, managed to find every animal we wanted to see (even leopard and hyenas) and somehow was able to answer every question we threw at them. The tents are amazing: you would think that given that it`s tents you`d find a lot of bugs, but we didn`t see a single bug inside our tent during our 3-days in the hotel. The balcony view from our room was just overlooking the river, and we manage to see buffalos, impalas and hippos just passing by. We were even woken up one day by monkeys knocking on the roof and the walls! As a bonus, the internet connection works well, even from the rooms and the borderless pool overlooking the river is also great. We had 3 amazing days at Jackalberry!!

My 10 rating goes straight to the staff of this Lodge. They were amazing, friendly, helpful and nothing was to much for them. We could even hand in laundry before we checked in, our rooms were moved to accommodate us. The rooms were immaculate. Safe secure parking and we had a lovely inhouse dinner and delicious breakfast. We will be back, for sure. Thank you.

Thebe River Safaris was excellent value, Very comfortable rooms with unlimited hot water 24-7 which is always a treat in Botswana. Food in Resteraunt/Bar was plentiful and the choice was very good, but what made the stay for us was the Staff especially Asa, Matt, O.T., Khumby and T.K. in fact everyone made our stay in Kasane absolutely Magic Will definetly stay there again, can highly recommend

Abbiamo soggiornato in uno degli appartamenti familiari, con 2 camere e 2 bagni ed una bellissima terrazza vista Chobe river. L’appartamento è dotato di tutto quello che può rendere confortevole il soggiorno, compreso un’ampia scelta di attrezzature da cucina. Quotidianamente, vengono fatte le pulizie. La colazione è compresa ed è possibile prenotare pranzi e cene. Ottime le attività proposte, come crociere in barca piccola e game drive nel parco Chobe. Grazie ancora a Lloyd per il fantastico game drive dell’intera giornata!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per due giorni e ci siamo sentiti a casa! Ci hanno accolti e accompagnati in camera (pulita) con un bel bagno e con aria condizionata. L’hotel offre servizio cena che abbiamo sfruttato (pagamento separato), ho mangiato anche una buonissima pizza, per essere in Africa era davvero fantastica. In struttura è possibile prenotare delle gite a pagamento con un accompagnatore locale, noi abbiamo fatto sia il tour alle Victoria Falls che la visita in barca del Chobe. Rifarei entrambe le gite!

Everybody is exseptionally friendly and has always a smile- Lesley who supported us whenever asked, the kitchen team, who cooked 3 times a great dinner for us and Boa with immediate positive response. We felt very happy to be there! Thank you to everybody!
A well facilitated, cosy property with everything you need for a short or long term stay. Outlook and wildlife viewing over the Chobe floodplain amazing. Friendly helpful hosts. Very good value.
Staff: super supportive. One of the member of our party injured, and Cresta staff immediately checked her status, then suggested us the solutions (private doctor or public hospital) then someone escorted us to the doctor then the pharmacy. Food: extremely rich breakfast, fantastic selection of foods for dinner. All the three evenings the staff congratulated to the guests who had anniversary with some folk-dance and singing improvized. The park: everywhere warthogs, some bushbucks, banded mongooses and cheeky vervets (be careful, they are stealers!) Rooms: cosy Programs: there is a travel office on site, and they organize trips to Vic Falls, Chobe Game Reserve and boat cruises on Chobe River.
Amazing,friendly staff that went out of their way, to make our stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. The food was delicious and top level. Tshidi, OT, Sarah, Martha,Cherry, you are all awesome.
Lovely River view. Amazing personal service by Sofia and the team. Nothing was too much trouble… from arranging super river cruise and game drives to transfers, taxis, restaurant bookings etc. Delicious treats and safari tea too! Catered to our vegetarian needs well.
This is a budget backpacker-type hostel, with a fantastic layout, loads of character, and very well-maintained. I stayed in the stand-alone chalet tent, really airy, bright, and private, facing the pool, although it does get hot in the summer. The place has a kitchen all guests can use, nice swimming pool, great electrical, lighting, wifi, and is super clean. Staff is very warm and welcoming as well. Place is in Kazungulu, not Kasane, so further away from the Chobe park entrance, but then closer to the border with Zambia and Zimbabwe. It is also too far too walk from any town centre, so you need to take a cab to commute.
Small family business in the center of the village a bit aside from the main road with few rooms and pool. Walking distance to main mall. Very friendly host and personnel. Just show up and they'll take care of the rest of your stay. They organize all transfers (Victoria Falls) and attractions at good price (game drives, boat cruises etc.). However they don't communicate it in the welcome message once booked. Pity. I didn't know that before the arrival so I booked all my activities elsewhere in advance. However I wish I had used their offers. Very good stay. Fully recommended!
