Really nice apartment with a peaceful balcony for the morning coffee. The owner gave us the code to the key box before our arrival with simple and easy instructions so the check in was really easy. A lovely hotel in the Rila mountains. Beautiful grounds, we enjoyed a delicious dinner in the garden. In the cool of the morning we had a tasty, and ample, breakfast served to us in the charming dining room. Wonderful proprietor, Villy, has a calm demeanor, and professional but low key operation. Spotless rooms and grounds. We wished we had planned to stay for longer.
The Hotel & Restaurant are located in a beautiful area in the middle of the Rila Mountains, a short drive from the UNESCO Heritage monastery we well as many other sites and attractions. The staff were very kind and helped us sign in ahead of time. The food was local, homemade and delicious - also very healthy with many vegetables and salads!

Our stay at this lovely family hotel was just perfect. The room was comfortable with a great view, the homemade food was delicious and especially the staff was not only very welcoming and kind hearted, but they really helped us with transfer options for our planned hiking trip to the Rila mountains. It would be a pleasure to come back one day!
Modern, nice, cozy and perfectly organized hotel with a small but beautiful SPA area, in a great position in the Rila mountains, close to the Rila Lakes lift. Great breakfast, by far the best we had anywhere in Ucraine. We had a great stay there, even if only for one night, and will be happy to return.

Located in the nature, a short car ride away from the lift to the famous 7 lakes hike this hotel is a very convenient base for visiting the Rila mountains featuring friendly staff who supported our request for early breakfast so that we could start our hike before it got hot.

Good location in the pine forest on the outskirts of Borovets. Excellent breakfast and dinner selection on the buffet. Convenient free bus shuttle transport to the ski slopes and back. Decent size of the swimming pool with view of the surrounding area, and very pleasant and comfortable spa facilities. The staff are helpful when you need something. Highly recommended.

Great hotel surrounded by old pine trees, in a perfect location in Borovets. Pool was amazing and we very much enjoyed the lounge with the fireplace. Our room was a marvelous, spacious suite with comfy beds and we had our own balcony! Breakfast was very good! We will sure be back for more days!
The young girl at the reception was amazing. She changed my reservation (and the discount that went with it) since I had booked 2 people instead of one.
Location was good, staff friendly and the chalet was warm and very spacious. Lovely vibe. X
