The hotel is located in an amazing spot, surrounded by trees . The facilities are kept in an excellent form and it’s an ideal choice for relaxation after skiing all day . The breakfast buffet has various choices for everyone to taste and the dinner we’ve enjoyed was yummy! The most important in my opinion was the kindness and the willingness to help from the staff. Special mention to Anthimos and Stamatia , so kind and thoughtful 🫶 but don’t forget also Dimitris , they all helped us so much with a car issue we faced . Last , but not least Yulie at the reception desk. To resume, it’s an ideal accommodation choice when visiting Borovets.

Very convenient to ski. Not expensive but regretfully that comes with the fact the hotel needs a significant makeover if it wishes to attract more capital. Everything is just very tired looking. Old furniture, garish orange linen, etc. but for what they charge; about right.
