Located in Bansko, a 11-minute walk from Holy Virgin Church, Lucky Bansko Aparthotel SPA & Relax has accommodations with free bikes, free private parking, a fitness center and a garden. The room was spacious, with a modern design, and not a lot of noise could be heard from the outside. The bathroom was spacious, equipped with a bathtub, instant hot water, and great pressure. We received two free bottles of water and coffee every day, courtesy of the coffee machine. The fridge was quite big and made no noise. The temperature in the room was great. The bed was very comfortable. There was also an electric stove. Cleaning was done daily; shampoo, shower gel, bathrobes, and towels were replaced daily if you left them on the floor. The breakfast was varied and delicious. Sometimes it was a buffet, sometimes à la carte, depending on the number of guests. We also had dinner a couple of times at the hotel's restaurant, and the food was correctly cooked. We went during the week, so we basically had the spa area all to ourselves, which was wonderful. The hotel staff was very attentive, helpful, and nice. The reception area was also very nice, with lovely Christmas decorations. They organized a fine dining wine-pairing dinner, which we were informed about before our stay, requiring a 50% deposit. It was a bit expensive, but in my opinion, it was worth it, and it was the culinary highlight of our stay. So I would definitely recommend it if you have the chance.

This is a budget friendly hotel with vintage vibes. Our room had great view over the town, it was really clean and location was perfect. You couldnt hear any noise to the room, yeat it was next to the shopping street. Staff was genuine, warm and took care of our needs and helped us in so many different ways with transportation, earlier check-in, restaurant recommendations and made us delicious omelet for breakfast. We truly felt like we stayed in a boutique hotel since the service was just outstanding. I have already recommed this hotel to my friends and family.

A comfortable, quiet retreat in the woods of southern Pirin mountains with very friendly service, cosy rooms with all you need and a phantastic view in the forest, the river just in front of the hotel and the mountains around. You need a car or taxi service there also to reach the hiking paths some kilometers away. An ideal place for relaxation and solitude.

This was our second visit in the hotel The villa is big enough for 6 of us We like everything about this place, the pool, the gym, the breakfast, the kids play room
The hotel is located in a beautiful area surrounded by vineyards and with lovely views towards the Melnik mountains. The rooms are very spacious and very comfortable and there was great attention to detail (drink on arrival, fruit, chocolates etc). The staff were extremely helpful and were very understanding when we didnt quite have the room we booked, giving us an upgrade for the second night. The indoor swimming pool is beautiful and the estate is worth walking around. Breakfast was very good indeed and the bistrot restaurant was excellent - delicious and reasonably priced. Many of the ingredients are produced on the estate itself. We didnt try the gastronomic restaurant.
Great comfortable facilities at Sansanski resort city! Well designed, well build, huge confy rooms. Very good spa with sauna, steam room and small jacuzzi style indoor pool. Huge outdoor poll, was to cold to use it. Any way tried it once. All facilities looks like really luxury Villa at properties of real winery. So everything is looking great!
